Loved until stopped working

I loved FitnessWomen so much that I paid for the subscription. It has had a few glitches but nothing I couldn’t deal with until now, when I got to do a workout, it will no longer allow me to start a workout. I cannot get ahold of FitnessWomen developer because it only sends me to a blank page. I hope that something can be fixed ASAP.

Great app that doesn’t try to do too much

This is a simple app that guides you through a basic, no equipment necessary workout. There are pre programmed routines for all levels of fitness. Unlike most of the other fitness apps I’ve tried this one doesn’t try to add any excessive features. It’s a streamlined, straightforward approach that keeps me focused on what’s important, I.e. just do the work and don’t waste time stressing about finding the perfect routine.

Even though I have been only using FitnessWomen for a short while but it has kept me more motivated and with more condition.

Good workouts Categories

The workouts are pretty good. In a couple days of doing just 7-10 minute workouts each day, I can already feel my muscles toning.

Great App & I’ve tried many!

The exercises in FitnessWomen give a good work out, as long as you don't mind doing the same thing over and over. Also, the workouts make you sweat and another thing about the workouts is that they make you sore every once in a while but the pain goes away.

finally find the perfect one

FitnessWomen is recommended. I like it because I want to have a flatter belly and a prettier and toned stomach. I am only going into 8th grade, and for me, the 7-minute exercise is easy. Because I got used to it! I have started about just over two weeks ago and I have been doing it daily, and I’m SO proud of myself.

Cool and Special!

If you think that this is the hardest thing in the world, trust me, it’s not. You get used to it and you feel stronger. I’m only almost 23 years old, and I feel happy with my workout. You’ll get more in shape so it will be easier. Find the right amount for you, and go a bit harder each time.
