I can’t get ahold of anyone about if they are approved in California. They don’t list a NAC# and they don’t have anywhere on their website saying which states they approved in. There is no option/location to print certificates. My office approved my certificate and could see it on their end but I couldn’t see anything. You don’t get more than 1 certificate for completing 7 modules. It took 7 hours to get through these videos. You can skip ahead at all. Waste of time! The lady teaching the modules sounds like she is speaking to children.
Initial login page is frozen. I entered my email and can’t scroll down to click continue button.

Dont do it! They’ll lie with fake incentives and when your done they will switch on you and tell you there is no incentive. Caring4cal and this app are scams!
HORRIBLE , so slow and laggy , I had to finish my 7 task for work & it took more than 5 hours. No one actually remembers this , it’s just more stress and pressure in work .

I have problem with few chapters, one just ask question but there is no answers just empty slots. Another ask question I answered it’s say I’m correct, but not going forward just freeze. Can you help me with that? I tried to log out, I tried to uninstall Nevvon , I tried to use in another device the same thing everywhere. And when I tried to reach customer service the message is not sending. I need to finish course for my job I can’t wait.
Wasted the whole evening for watching loading screens over and over again. Would not bother if it is not related to my work.
They need a user experience overhaul. You can’t get through a lesson without it freezing up. When you deleted and download you can’t get back in till days later. I wonder if they even care the reviews are so bad.
I was unable to move from one screen to another without it freezing upon me. Customer service is not immediately available to help with troubleshooting, the first thing they ask is “did you try to log out and back in?” Hello Ive been working on computers longer than most of these people have been alive.
The contents of the program are good but Nevvon is painstakingly slow. It freezes consistently which means I have to restart the lesson. I have had to log out then log in multiple times and even had to delete Nevvon and download it again. Its just a hassle to have to do over and over again. Please fix the bugs!
Nevvon is annoying and frustrating. It’s always freezing and when you reach out for help they take forever to reply or don’t respond at all. In service material is time sensitive and the glitches in Nevvon slow you down from meeting your deadline.

This is a nice app, but it gets stuck on a screen in some lessons like where it gets stuck on the man shielding in the Sepsis lesson. Please fix.
