This redesign is terrible. It's a good thing that I'm looking at this on a Sunday instead of on Monday. I can't find my kids Covid test results or the daily pass that would be needed for them to get into school tomorrow. It would have been nice to know that in order for parents to get the Daily Pass, they need to go through the actual website instead of this horribly designed app.

LAUSD has honestly become a time waster. It’s easier to go to the website through a web browser and log in to the daily pass from there. The new update completely got rid of the Daily Pass link, and it’s frustrating that you have to login more than once to even find anything useful.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used and they have somehow made it worse. Even though the “daily pass” is the most pointless thing in the world, we still have to do it… as best I can see, the new version of LAUSD doesn’t have an option to get it! It is clunky, not user friendly and the UI is terrible.

The latest update pushes a lot of information I’m not interested in and removes the Daily Pass, which we need to get into school…every day…You can go to the Daily Pass website in your browser, but no longer easily available in LAUSD . What a terrible update.

Terrible, awful, very bad stuff. This has made it so much more difficult to get the daily pass. Here’s to day two of stumbling around this aggravating site with no success! Too many glitches and freezes. Where’s the daily pass???

I only use LAUSD for the daily pass and now to find it I have to login three different times and it took me forever to figure out all the steps abs don’t even remember them so now I just go through the browser on my phone.

Someone at this app must hate parents. Where the #*%€ is the daily pass? Thanks for taking what was already a convoluted multi-step process and making it impossible. Honestly - do you guys even test this stuff before pushing it out?

If I could give this -1000 stars I would. Why would you take the daily pass off of LAUSD knowing that this is the main reason parents use LAUSD. So inconsiderate and what a waste of time LAUSD is.

The new update is useless. The only reason I needed LAUSD was for the daily pass. Now the feature isn’t even in the new update. Takes longer to log in to and very confusing.

I have to login as a Parent to see the Student login.
It gives an error when logging in as Parent. Doesn’t show anything.
Can’t find Daily Pass when logged in as Parent or Student.
Not sure what the purpose was with the latest update but now app is completely useless to me and my kids.

I use a password manager to generate secure passwords that humans can’t remember. I can’t login by copy/pasting the password because it thinks I have the wrong password. But I can log into the website just fine.

this app has the most ridiculous password policies for a parent portal. And their IT is horrible. Even after resetting a cumbersome password, it doesn’t work.
