Close and restart the Pluxee app on iPhone
Update Pluxee app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pluxee iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pluxee on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pluxee network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pluxee app issues:

Force Stop the Pluxee App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pluxee app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pluxee to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pluxee App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pluxee app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pluxee.

Fix Pluxee unable to contact server/ Pluxee internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pluxee » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pluxee » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pluxee on android.
