I bought this test to monitor my ketones level... I did it day 1, fine...the day after I try to do it again to see if I was getting into a state of ketosis and Vivoo didn’t allow me to do the test...I kept having the message : don’t do it too often / you can do it once a day. But I was doing it once a day!!
As a result I wasted a strip which at this price is a shame and I can’t even track my ketones...useless.

Having just downloaded the this app app, I started TRYING TO READ the ‘about’ section! Have you no respect for your older customers who don’t want to reach for a magnifying glass or +3x…+4x readers (kept in the First Aid kit to remove an infrequent splinter) to resolve the thin grey font your 20-something app programmers think is trendy and stylish BUT is a hateful UI design choice for at least 50% of your target market?!

Besides a promised upsell of supplements, etc., what other infuriating UX frustrations can I expect ahead?!
Luckily, I didn’t open the pack of 5 tests yet. With the evident lack of concern you show for users, I’ll be deleting the this app app, returning the tests, and getting my $20 USD back!
My confidence in your integrity and dedication to your product is deflated.
(Maybe if you post that you’ve replaced the pale type with legible, black type, I’ll have another look.)

A few of the tests come back unable to be read, thus they are junk. When they do work the science is pretty flawed. I took two tests 10 minutes apart and got fairly different results. The personalized supplaments aren’t personalized either. For example I usually get a 7 for vitamin c and it says I have Too Much Vitamin C to get a perfect 10. (Even tho it says too much vitamin c is harmless) then my personalized supplement comes with a dose of vitamin c
Finally they just did a software update and sent an email saying I had to update my password. Fine, totally understandable and normal tech stuff. Since then I’ve updated the password 3 times with no luck. All tech support does is say to uninstall/reinstall.

Not worth the hassle anymore. It’s a good idea but the tech, both Vivoo and the tests, are just not up to par.

Have the developers even opened up Vivoo recently? Takes forever to load the Home Screen. You can see previous results disappear off of the calendar when you switch between months. You can’t even click on the full report button. You’d think that by paying for the product, you would at least be able to use it to some degree. Currently all it lets you do is waste a $5 test strip every time.

Once I signed out forget about signing back in. Kept telling me I had a invalid password and would not let me update it. I was actually going to purchase the new strips and use the new app set up but after all of the failed login attempts and the conversation with customer service yielded no results I finally decided to not move forward. This has been several months ago and I still have decided not to move forward and try again.

TL;DR) Don’t give your health data to people you don’t know.

I was given a test kit a few days ago and thought “that’s not a bad idea”. Then I went to use it. You have to make an account just to use Vivoo . If this company doesn’t steal your data, there would be no reason to for that. It may sound conspiratorial, but do you really want tech companies to know your health conditions on a weekly updated basis? And you know they will sell the information to someone.

Well, I suppose it works OK, though I use two different types of urine tests. The other one is like a traditional dip test you would find in a doctors office and says everything is fine except slight leukocytes found. This one shows me as being dehydrated, low mag/cal, high protein, ketones and acidic. Without a third party confirmation, it’s likely I’ll never know which is correct.

The only real issue I have with this is that it absolutely will not allow me to compare past tests despite showing that I can. When I click on “compare” it just greys everything out and same thing with “show history” and I must say this is extraordinarily frustrating and really provides no real insights. I wanted to purchase the personalized vitamins but wanted to wait until I had a good idea of what my body was doing from week to week and apparently I can’t.

So, it would be nice to have this issue fixed!

You sell strips. You make money selling strips. If I want to 10 tests a day, why are you stopping me? There needs to be an override to take another test. What if you want to share with a friend but they don’t want Vivoo ? What are if you’re curious to compare night time to daytime the same day? What if it says you’re dehydrated and you want to check later to see if you’re hydrated?

I really like Vivoo and the idea behind it. I did have some technical issues and was taken care of right away and sent out new product. The customer service was great and my app was fixed. It is a great way to look at some overall health that you wouldn’t see before this.

It’s difficult to know what our bodies need sometimes but this product tells us exactly what it needs. It is easy to use and I love the convenience of getting results from the comfort of my own home and phone. Definitely recommend to everyone to help them create healthier habits.

For transparency, I’m one of the original crowdfunding investors. The investment happened a while ago, but - shamefully - I just now used Vivoo and the strips. Awesome product, technology, and idea. This is exactly what the world of healthcare in U.S. needs. I will continue to support you as you work to perfect your technology and improve Vivoo . So far very content with how both are working!

Had an issue around no answer to some support requests. Guessing the company was still getting off the ground. I was contacted by support who made things right.

Very interesting test and app. Great way to get some basic health info. I am enjoying tracking my progress as I made a diet and exercise change. Love the concept and hope to see more tests and improvements.

This is a great product for easily keeping track of your health home. I take one of these test every couple weeks and adjust my diet/hydration accordingly. This week I was slightly acidic so I’m eating more alkalizing foods like blackberries. Vivoo makes it easy and gives you suggestions on what you should do/eat. I love it!

Easy way to monitor and track what’s really going on inside of your body. Great way to measure the results of a new diet change, work out routine, and track how your body is doing during the different cycles in your life.

I’ve been using this app to make sure I know what’s going on with my health so I can be on top of changes I may need to make with my diet and lifestyle. It’s quick and easy. It tracts things like ketones and your liver and kidney functions. These days it’s more important than ever to stay healthy and this app is just one way to keep you accountable of being on top of your health. I highly recommend!

An at home product that helps you keep tabs on your wellness. This is amazing and helps me monitor the health of my body using several key metrics, including liver, kidney and hydration. I love using this product to see how I’m tracking from week to week.

When my wife got me some sample sticks I laughed at her, I now do the test twice a week.
I’m adapting my diet to to the feedback I’m receiving and I can say I feel great

The down side is that sticks are not available in retail pharmacies in Texas and we have to order online.

Had a problem with the test strips but it was resolved quickly with great customer service. Highly recommend.

I’ve always been one who’s intrigued by the strangest things, so when a friend posted about this app, I had to give it a try! It’s affordable, easy to use, and gives great information. Absolutely recommend!

App makes it easy to monitor overall wellness with some high level health indicators using your urine. Takes only a few minutes to receive interpreted data and diet tips to improve. Great tool to include as part of your regular wellness routine!
