You can add things to track like exercise, alcohol, caffeine, or anything you can imagine. You can view the history, see it as a graph, and create reports.
Response to customer service requests or feedback is fast and personal. The paid version is well worth the small subscription price if you want to track more than the basic version does. I am very happy with Bowelle; studying my record has already given me insights into how I can improve my gut health, and so improve my general health.
