Don’t waste your money. Every time I use this piece of junk it gives me another error message. Delete everything and reinstall does nothing but waste more time.
Good until it stopped communicating

Funny how you purchase something and it quits when u update it. Back in the sixties we would revert back to an update level that would work, cars are not changing as fast as the updates were coming. They are catering to the people that have the newest cars. But guess what . They are still under warranty or the customers are having dealerships to fix them. Dealerships do not use xtool. I have emailed and y’all brushed me off by that test flight crap. It doesn’t work. So how many people are out money on this up and coming brand. Comments please……….
Won’t connect now since latest update

The scanners are connected to the devices and light up blue, but absolutely will not work within the app itself now to connect to a vehicle. I have 4 of these xtool scanners and they all do the same thing now. So that makes $800+ worth of useless tools that I relay on daily. Please fix this asap….
