Same problem, you pay for the subscription and of course it doesn't work. The app is essentially 100% worthless without the subscription. You can't send your free msg everyday and the the people they match you with free are half across the country. Talk about some bullshit. Great business motto herd. There is no one to help you there either... Probably some guy runs this app out of his mom's basement...

premium/subscribed but unable to send messages? just basically looking at a list of people who also got suckered into using the app and couldn't do anything with it

What a piece of work....Decide to try a one month subscription and paid for finally after many issues....Then, I went in and changed my user name because it was misspelled and the dam app signed me out and when I try to log in now it says "suspicious activity has been noticed....Please contact us!.... What a bunch of crap.

Thought I'd subscribe and try your app. Right off the bat I cannot send messages, not even the single free one per day I believe it is. If I cannot send messages there is no point and I'd really want a refund.

How to fix Casualx app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Casualx app on iPhone
Update Casualx app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Casualx iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Casualx on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Casualx network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Casualx Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Casualx not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Casualx App
1. On android, goto Settings » Casualx » click [Force Stop]

Update Casualx to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Casualx App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Casualx » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Casualx.

Fix Casualx unable to contact server/ Casualx internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Casualx » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Casualx » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Casualx
