I already paid for the subscription and its still giving me error and cannot add kore than 5items a day

The classic bait and switch. This app needs to be upfront about the fact that you need to sign up for a subscription if you’d really like to fully use it. Without the subscription, you can only add 5 items a day. In that case, it would be faster for me to just catalog my cosmetics, clothing, etc on my desktop computer. Yes, you can sign up for a free trial and cancel at any point but we all know how those situations tend to turn out. If you’re going to go that route, be sure you know the exact date charges start and cancel well before it. But once you cancel, that’s it..you’re done...you can’t add or change your account unless you pay a reoccurring fee. I would have been willing to pay a one time purchase fee for this app after testing it out but to be presented with a subscription request is just shady on the company’s part. I’m not here for it. Another great idea down the toilet thanks to greed.

Edit to respond to App Developer: I’ve deleted the app and I NEVER signed up for premium. So if you have automatically enrolled me in the premium service, then this is me officially canceling it. I don’t want any of your services. Cancel it all. Thank you.

It supposedly allows adding 5 items per day but if you’re editing an item you already added in the past or moving items around to other nest spaces you created, it counts against you. I only added 1 item today while moving items around & it’s now asking me to subscribe to add more than 5. Also, you can’t change your email. I tried changing my email. It then tells you to log out & log back in. After doing that, it erases everything you’ve ever added. Thank goodness I still had this on a different device to prevent complete loss.

Update: They told me I created a new login by mistake. Um, that’s on you. It allows me to change the email address then log out. Logging back into the old email address makes no sense. I did that & it didn’t update. Your app creates an entirely new account EVERY TIME. Now when I try to change it, it says email already in use. When I log into the updated email, it’s a new account. That’s on you & your app. PLEASE FIX IT. Telling me I created a new account by mistake. THAT’S YOUR APP’s DOING. NOT MINE. CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESSES SHOULDN’T BE THIS COMPLICATED.

This is an amazing app. My only complaint is that you cannot easily sort alphabetically. So when you try to sort it manually, it glitches out and does not move your items after awhile. It is very frustrating. After over a year of use this app is very glitchy. I pay for the subscription and therefore I do not feel I should have as many issues as I do. I open the app now and all my categories are there but no info in them. I spent all that time adding all of my collections last year and I cannot just open the app to see if I have something or not.
