Totally dodgy company. Send you the wrong items then say they'll resolve then you never hear from them again and when you try to get a QR code to return the item they say you don't have an account. Don't buy anything from this scam of a company

absolutely horrible!!!

i put my order in and decided to pay extra for the 3-5 day shipping/delivery with tracking because i’m very impatient... well about 12 days later i finally received my package and that’s not it! when i received my package 2 out of the 5 things were a different size than what i ordered!!! and the whole time i never got a single tracking update it just said the same thing on the website. so i reached out to their costumer service to try to atleast get a refund for the shipping and they told me they were investigating the situation and then turned off the email so that i couldn’t respond to “avoid any confusion” after that i never heard back from them all they said was they hope they fixed my issue! what??! i am deleting the app and will never purchase another thing from them!!!

Makes me upset!

I’m really upset. I was promised 2-5 day shipping and I got refunded 12 days later! Then I want to buy it again... I have a code that says 60% off everything but IT DOESNT WORK ON THAT ITEM..
