App is unresponsive

This app does nothing when I get past the on boarding. Tapping anything, from a class to my profile to the ERG connection does absolutely nothing. It’s unresponsive. I’ve force quit the app multiple times and signed out and signed back in. I can’t use it at all.
I started a free trial in this app last fall. I had to stop working out for medical reasons before the trial finished, but liked the workouts. I expected to be presented with a screen to pay for a subscription when I opened it today, but I wasn’t. The new on boarding flow also didn’t give me an option to subscribe. I’m not sure if my expired trial is related to the app not being responsive, but either way I can’t do anything in this app and can’t subscribe.

Sessions kept starting over and you can not skip to the part you left off at. Also cannot figure out how to cancel my subscription or find a contact anywhere.
Classes good, but app is poor

The intro rowing classes have been really good, but the app itself is one of the worst I’ve used on iOS. Pressing buttons in video has huge lag, which can lead to double-presses, and inability to rewind video if you missed some instruction/segment or want to repeat some segment is really terrible. Feels like a video player from the early internet dial-up days!
