App is as awful as their website. App opened and just kept giving me the same error that said I needed to connect to the internet. I am connected to the internet. Wasn’t able to do anything but delete PricelessCarRental . Useless. Their website is just as terrible, you can’t even look up rentals, it doesn’t matter what dates you put it, it just says there are no cars available for those dates.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our plane into Tampa was delayed a few hours and we arrived to discover that our FULLY PAID FOR rental reservation was canceled and the car given to someone else. This was after I completed the rental agreement, updated my insurance, and confirmed the rental through PricelessCarRental . What’s the point of all of these awesome features on PricelessCarRental if it doesn’t tie into the local agency?
