Tried this app for YubiKey support which is mentioned in description but no mention it is a premium (pay only) feature. While that is a developer choice they should disclose up front so I don’t waste time installing this as all my KeePass databases are protected this way.
Edit: Removed another star due to tone deaf developer who doesn’t understand it’s perfectly ok to lock some features behind a premium pay wall, but this should be disclosed in the app description. There are other apps that support Yubikeys for free or with ads. Again no problem that it is pay only but it should be disclosed in the description of the pay features.

I added this app to my new iPhone and began to populate it with passwords. When I started this process, no password for app required, just touch app to open. After using the app for months, attempted to open app to see a pitch for buying some sort of upgrade/ security system. Declined pitch and subsequently have been locked out of my passwords. No help from creator/owner. Beware!
The creator was right. I subsequently went thru the process of trying likely passwords with success finally regaining access. What I don’t understand was the sudden change requiring complete sign-in after using the app quite some time. Before I only needed to access the app and it worked.

I appreciate the commitment to privacy, I really do. And the app is beautiful. But it just doesn’t work well. It constantly can’t find the database file, even though nothing has changed. If it does find it, it takes upwards of ten to twenty seconds to load it. Also, editing the database takes forever and often fails. Perhaps those are concessions that have to be made for the additional privacy, but functionally it’s just not worth it. These may seem like things that aren’t that big of a deal, but coming from another KeePass app that I’ve been using for years without a monthly subscription, it seems like a step backwards in every respect except the interface.
