Weird App
I have been trying to read a book for approximately two hours and the app has crashed approximately 20 times. That’s a crash rate of every 6 minutes. I’m not exaggerating, this happens with every book I try and read but this one is “Julia Design Patterns” by Packt. The problem seems to be the “loading...” screen between chapters, but Packt books have chapters if two pages so that means the app is crashing every 4-6 pages. Your Packt books have a quoting error where code is quoted, then all the following text, even if not part of the quote, is still quoted, only in a smaller font. This compounds when more code is quoted with additional text to the point that the text is so microscopic the text is unreadable. You shouldn't have any text anywhere with font size < 8, quote within a quote within a quote or not. The app is so unresponsive, you click a button and it takes 53 seconds for the screen to advance. I am not exaggerating, I timed this. This is on a brand new ipad, so its not my system. I tried to read a book over lunch one day and it took approximately 16 minutes (I was timing it) to get the book to a loaded state where I could read it. And that was with the book downloaded previously. And then it kept crashing every chapter change. Sigh... I love the idea of this company but this app needs serious improvement. I am frustrated as a user, but optimistic that this can be turned around with some good engineering.

Doesn’t let me sign up
I just downloaded the app and it won’t let me sign up or create an account. It only says ‘Log In’ or ‘Incorrect password or email‘ and this is my first time downloading it
