Glitch Art Studio: Cam Effects Reviews

So.... you found this cool looking app bc you want to edit photos and stuff right? Ok. I myself love to edit photos and stuff like that, and I have been looking a long time for something that’s 100% free. You too I’m guessing, right? Well GlitchArtStudio is the closest I got. Let’s face it: no app in the world like this is going to be 100% free. Sorry to burst ya bubble. I think GlitchArtStudio has some awesome effects, but some of them you need to be a “pro”. Which of course involves paying. 😒 But beggars can’t be choosers, right? So GlitchArtStudio I actually didn’t have to immediately trash bc it asked for monthly payment or any of that crap. So....... in conclusion, you have to pay for a few things but this is the only app that didn’t make me want to break my phone over my knee. Ty for a good app.👏👏👏

So GlitchArtStudio is awesome, it has all the effects you could want if you get pro which is a one time payment which is great compared to all the other apps that have that subscription crap, and the variation of all the effects is incredible, but there is one thing that would make GlitchArtStudio perfect, if there was a way to add effects to only a certain section of the video you were editing that would make GlitchArtStudio so much more useful and worth it, is that a thing that you guys could do? If you could that would be stellar.

One of the first apps I downloaded for my iPad, I really like the pre-made effects that have parameters you can edit and also add and create your own custom effect . GlitchArtStudio is great for short clips for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

My only complain is you cant have two layers where you can add music to make a picture and turn it into video. You have to make the video elsewhere and then add it. That would be a cool feature if There was another layer option for more in app creation.

GlitchArtStudio is pretty rad when you pay for the pro version. Lots of cool colorful effects and a good deal of standard filters and adjustments. Hopefully in the future they would unlock the video effects to be able to manipulate some of the effects, like change the speed of the glitch, adjust its mix/opacity, change the amount of kaleidoscope fractals, and mapping adjustments over time with key frames. (like changing the hue throughout the video)
I would gladly pay $10-$15 more to have advanced features like that. But again, as is, it’s still great.

I gave GlitchArtStudio a 5 star rating because glitch studio pro+ isn’t expensive and it has great editing options and so forth. But I would love to recommend something that would make GlitchArtStudio even more better than it already is!
Maybe there could be a way to put different things at different times? Kinda like how in Kinemaster you can drag stuff to wherever you want a certain thing to be at. But it is ofc a recommendation, everything about GlitchArtStudio is perfect. 💖💖

Everything with GlitchArtStudio is great. Only one problem, I seem to have “lost” a few filters unless I’m not looking correct. I remember seeing a few galaxy filter and fire filters that you can pick and choose from. They’re no longer anywhere on GlitchArtStudio . Unless, I can’t find them. Any help would be great, thanks.
I’ll give it a 5 star if I can get help finding these filters 😉

Fell in love with GlitchArtStudio pretty quickly after i bought the full version, not a bad price either. One issue i have however is when using a mask, zooming in and drawing the mask doesn’t seem possible, i always just swipe the picture over, it doesn’t register it as a brushstroke. Just makes it a bit difficult to make more detailed masks. Other that that, great app overall!

Ok first thing first this is a really good app I am trying to find the best editing app I can on an iPad and this is really good and it doesn’t even have a watermark on the exported video however I wish there where even more creative effects to add like a effect where the video has several parts where it moves kinda glitchy like other then maybe adding more fun effects this is pretty good

One word: absolute perfection. Okay, that’s two words, but you get the point! 😂 GlitchArtStudio has everything I need for vapor wave/glitch/cyberpunk/vintage effects on photo AND video and is so easy to use. Plus, there’s a one-time price to unlock everything! You can tell the developers out so much love and thought into this. It’s a professional editing app in your pocket and I can’t go a day without using it. 11/10 🤯✨

I’m not gonna start off with a story. The point is that GlitchArtStudio is worth downloading. They have a lot of free stuff, but if you want more filters etc you can pay. I use GlitchArtStudio to edit my apps, and it turns out amazing. I have a recommendation for the creators though. For the Analog Noice, type 4 I recommend you make the intensity higher. I would love to see my pictures like that. Thank you for creating GlitchArtStudio✨. Life saver

I love GlitchArtStudio, I just don’t understand why the black and white videos turn out looking green when saved to my phone? I have a black and white logo I was playing around with and came up with some really cool rainbow effects with the analog and digital feedback. Once I was happy with what I created I saved it to my phone as a video. When I went to my video library the logo part had turned all green! As if a green filter was added, which I most certainly did not do. Otherwise, I really love GlitchArtStudio!!!

Pay for GlitchArtStudio. The pro version is so worth it. So much fun to fool around with. You can create your own filters endlessly. So much more than other glitch apps. But, pretty please make some kind of cloud? I had to delete after I had over 25 layers on one glitch I was creating and GlitchArtStudio crashed. It wouldn’t reopen so I downloaded it again, but the glitches I had saved didn’t restore.

A great app for adding a huge variety of glitchy and computerized effects to videos, and most crucially for me, GIFs. It’s a total game changer that GlitchArtStudio can import and output GIFs. Fantastic for all of your aesthetic needs. While a one time payment of $10 for full features may seem steep GlitchArtStudio’s features are well worth the money!

GlitchArtStudio is awesome. A ton of features, fx, and editing tools, all super unique and impressive.

BUT - when I go to export a photo, the quality is trash! I mean literal quality of the file, not subjective editing quality. The file is compressed to 1/10th of the size as the original (8MB to 700kb) and deems my great edit basically useless.

Developers - can you give us export options for images?? You have video export options, but I want to be able to export high quality images. GlitchArtStudio is unusable until you make this happen.

incredible filters and effects for videos or photos for five dollars, not bad to me. The effects are very cool. almost optical illusion like. very trippy but useful in the end. when it comes to making a short video production or something cool and creative and different artistic and abstract this is GlitchArtStudio . thank you to the creators of GlitchArtStudio, it is truly appreciated.

so many customizations! looove GlitchArtStudio! the only confusing thing i would change is that they use numbers instead of “Add/Subtract/Multiply/Color Burn” buttons so sometimes you have to click around a lot to find what effect you’re looking for. but other than that - this is the best app for making trippy videos!

I’m very happy with GlitchArtStudio and full price is well worth the amazing amount of tools and control. Presets are just an example, as tou dive deeper into the controls the possibilities are pretty endless as far as layering effects. The ability to save your own presets for quick access is the best. There is a VHS glitch style I am trying to achieve and it displays a horizontal color ghosting effect where certain colors normally brighter colors over lap to the right. Similar to the chromatic Effect but it’s not the RGB colors. I guess it should be anything brighter over laps. Please add this effect. If the effect already exists please inform me.

I think GlitchArtStudio is amazing. But I have just one problem,I deleted it on accident,so I when went back to GlitchArtStudio Store to get it again but it showed that it was already downloaded on my phone. I turned my phone off then back on and GlitchArtStudio appeared on my phone, I clicked on it and it kicked me out. So I deleted it and again I went back to GlitchArtStudio Store and it still showed It was downloaded on my phone.

I was very stoked to try GlitchArtStudio and I actually LOVE everything about, BUT when I go to export my movie GlitchArtStudio closes before it’s done every single time. I’ve tried reinstalling,clearing cache, etc. I would love to use GlitchArtStudio as intended ( because I paid for it ) so if there is anything you could do to help fix the exporting issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

With so many photo editing apps trying to rip of their customers with subscription plans, it’s awesome to see such a well put together app like this one sticking with the regular IAP model. As long as the devs continue to support GlitchArtStudio like they without adding subscriptions, I will continue to support them back. Upgrading to the pro plan was a no-brainer.

There are some many interesting combinations of effects to add to you edit! I do hope down the road more is added, not that it lacks in anyway, just always looking to up the images. Glitch FX Studio didn’t even send me a notification asking for a rating. I just came back to do this. I am in nightlife promotion, and these effects have vastly expanded the horizons of my advertising on social.

This suite delivers more than even Adobe can on mobile IMO. Strongly recommended! Also it’s straight up fun to use!!!

It’s great! I love GlitchArtStudio ! It’s cool for movies that I make. It’s very useful. Only issue is I wish it had sound tracks for the glitching things to make it more realistic. Like when someone is talking and it glitches, it distorts the audio a bit. I don't know, you guys can figure it out.

I love GlitchArtStudio, but there are definitely a few issues. GlitchArtStudio has a tendency to crash when looking in the photo library too long and when i try to save videos, it’ll load it, then say it couldn’t save the video. Other than these small issues GlitchArtStudio works pretty well. Nice filters and very customizable

First time I used it, it was just... Wow. Wonderful, I love it. The glitch effects look amazing! Nice!
My one problem... I found that a VERY large majority of the features require a pro version to get... That makes me pretty upset that I can only use a few features... Could you make it so less of the features require pro?

The new edits and designs are great, but for some of them I can’t see the bottom half of the screen while the design tools are in use. For example, while using the Mask edit, I can’t add the brush to the bottom of the screen because the tools are in the way. Thank You and Have A Blessed Day!

The Pro version has infinite amount of possible combinations. The ability to fine tune each variable gives you endless glitch, trip, and lo-fi footage. Use your smart phone or import your dslr footage, it all works fantastically.

I’ve had GlitchArtStudio for a while to help with effects in my animations, but recently anything I try and make a video of won’t export. It ends up getting stuck at 99% and never finishes no matter what I do, I’ve never had this problem before. This is a very useful and brilliant app, please fix this!

Hi guys I absolutely live the effects that you guys put out especially as an independent music producer/ artist who makes their own music videos. My only wish is to change effects while recording the same vid
