How to fix InVintory app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InVintory app on iPhone
Update InVintory app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InVintory iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InVintory on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InVintory network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InVintory Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InVintory not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InVintory App
1. On android, goto Settings » InVintory » click [Force Stop]

Update InVintory to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InVintory App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InVintory » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InVintory.

Fix InVintory unable to contact server/ InVintory internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InVintory » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InVintory » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InVintory
