Yeah, I would like to discuss a problem with your Woodbridge Virginia store. They are the worst they’re getting an order out on their curbside or ordering online pick up. I’ve ordered from there twice in the last month or two and they do not respond to you parked at the curbside, they do not bring your food out and when they do when you call and complain, then the food comes out cold, someone needs to set some better standards with the employees there

I haven’t eaten at Famous Dave’s for over a year but was in the mood for barbecue. I looked online and was encouraged to download the Famous Dave’s app. I saw the 2.7 rating on the app but I decided to download it anyway. I tried to use it to get my reward about a week later and it keeps telling me that it’s not valid for my order. I called my local restaurant and they told me I needed to order two sandwiches and then one would be free. I tried that and it still told me it wasn’t valid. I called the restaurant back and they told me they couldn’t help me because the rewards program is corporate. They told me to call the number in the app. But there is no number in the app to call. What a joke. If there was no reward program I would have eaten there but after dealing with this I won’t be eating there and I deleted your app. You would be better off without the app.

Five stars for the food but the app really needs work.
It’s hard to get around. It keeps asking for a location even after you have put one in. Trying to redeem the sandwich reward was a total mystery. Tried to use it through the app but could find a spot that would accept it. When I picked up the food they said you had to come in to order it, which makes so much sense for an online app. So I paid for a sandwich that I really didn’t want and couldn’t return.
Old fashioned “phone it in” works so much better.

Sure it makes sense to have to sign in to place an order, but it seems rather foolish to block everyone who is not interested in giving a free pass for junk mail. So I guess I won’t be checking their menu or patronizing the restaurant because I’m not signing up for the emails and can’t access the app features (assuming there are any). Oh well, best way to save money is to not shop at all, I guess. Without a sign on, I can’t even use the app to get their location or phone number or menu...
