This is the worst company I have ever been involved with. I had all the problems others mentioned with the profile not working right and other issues too. I had to pay 7.99 to respond to ONE client who I never heard from. Then I noticed on my bank statement they charged me the $7.99 twice- same date and time. I emailed them many times to get a refund and NO ONE EVER responded. I finally just let my bank look into it and they refunded my money NOT Meela. Then I paid the $4.99 monthly to respond to clients and again never heard from any. I canceled my membership but was still charged $4.99 the next month and again wouldn’t respond to request for refund. I went through and canceled a second time and just decided to cut my losses and go. I strongly DO NOT recommend.

I paid my subscription and it still said I couldn’t create my profile. It keeps giving me errors and won’t let me log in. They say you get 24/7 support and I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for the last 3 days. Otherwise, I think the app is a great idea and am looking forward to connecting w the birthing community.
Update: they FINALLY responded to me after 7 MONTHS of charging me for two accounts. They said they would refund me the day I put a stop payment on my second account. And then I go to log into my active account and all of my info as well as conversations with clients have been deleted. This is going from 2 to 1 stars.
This would be an incredible app w upgraded management and support.

Every inquiry I get is for somebody way out of my area and not in my price range. When Jayleen emailed me asking if I had any feedback, I responded with my concerns and questions, and I received no response. Then I get another email, saying that I hadn’t responded to her first email. Again, I responded with my questions and concerns. I’ve never heard back. I’ve tried to cancel my profile and account and that’s not possible. Plus, as someone else mentioned, it’s impossible to make changes on my profile. I’m so disappointed in this service and I just want to get out of it now.
