Tools don’t work after paying for it

I paid for the subscription and when I tried to click on one of the tools like “books” or “birth plan” a pop up appeared telling me I can rate the app to access it for free one time… I already paid for it why would that even pop up?.. I hit ok on the pop up and a timer showed up on all the premium tools counting down 30 mins but when I go to click on one of them nothing happens. I restarted the app multiple times and my phone a few times as well and still doesn’t work. I just wanted to check out all the stuff I bought and I can’t even do that. I’ll wait for the timer to count down to see if I can open it after, but It’s annoying that I even have to do that…
Stopped working after a week

This app was absolutely great until it randomly stopped working and kept giving me a “no data found” error message. Done of the content is available even after I purchased the full suit of content. Very disappointed as I was really enjoying it. I’ve restarted and reinstalled the app countless times to no avail. Don’t bother
