Despite downloading, deleting, and re-downloading multiple times, I was able to get SensoWash to connect to the this app bidet exactly once, only for SensoWash to lose its connection a minute after I set it up. I checked to ensure that I have the most recent iOS version (18), so perhaps Duravit needs to update their app, since it looks like it was last updated over three months ago (today is Feb 16, 2025). On top of that, the wash feature on the seat itself worked for exactly a week and now will not function at all. For $1500 (just for the seat!) it’s especially absurd. SensoWash is also so poorly designed with multiple features that could be consolidated and what appears to be poor translation into English. Very unhappy.
Simple, good app overall. Only thing that really bugs me is that each time I have to select „My device“ again. Would be great it SensoWash just remembered.
Also would be nice to view/edit the pre-programmed settings from the remote, and get some stats.
