Every single raffle is extended/delayed multiple times. Even when the raffle is closed, you're only notified of losing several days later.

Doesn’t let you even enter the raffles.

they are overpricing and don’t send a return paper so I have to pay never buying again from here again

Quite possibly the worst sneaker app I’ve had. At least Nike SNKRS let’s you put in your payment info. SVD has given me nothing but issues so I just deleted it. Going to do raffles with SNS and Nike SNKRS from now on.

I don’t really write reviews but this time I decided too for anyone trying to get SVD for sneaker raffles don’t they either don’t enter you in the raffle or mess with your credit card be careful everyone

What’s the $1.19 charge for is it to see if the card works

I love SVD it runs smooth only issue I’m having is in the personal details it won’t let me save all my info and still won’t allow me to put a longer cell number if you could please take a look and fix the bug issues with SVD I would very appreciate

I’ve done hundreds maybe thousands of raffles and I say that without any reluctance. And truth be spoken since acquiring SVD four or five months ago I’ve already won three raffles. I think this is one of the best and fairest sources I've used for getting shoes this far. Thank you this app

SVD is easy to navigate and the layout is appealing.

I truly love and appreciate this. The ease of use, the user interface, and the premium content is amazing!!! It’s fair and absolutely a must have app for sneaker lovers like myself. Only one complaint- please make all raffles available for US so that we can purchase any sneaker available to the EU. Thanks for the cops and keep coming with the heat 🔥🔥🔥!!!

Since SVD relaunched it has been great , easy to navigate even if you’re in the United States !

They must have fixed SVD because I’ve won three times in the span of a month. The exchange rate hurts a little, but it’s worth it to get amazing pairs!

Seriously, can this be true ? You enter raffles and actually win them and get them shipped to you wherever you are in the world super fast?? Thanks this app !!

All sneaker apps are hard to win but this one seems fair and always offers a wide variety of selections for raffle entries. Always one of my go tos when entering raffles.

I’ve had SVD for a while now and yes there are times it acts up when entering raffles but I’ve been able to win multiple times. Just need some patience when entering.

Ships to the US and great customer service.

I was excited about SVD as another avenue to try and win raffles on great shoes. This past week I was alerted that I had won my first raffle for a pair of Yeezys and was ecstatic at first. When I went to purchase the shoes ahead of the deadline I was given, SVD had locked me out of my account...only to let me back in after the deadline had passed therefore losing the shoes. When I contacted customer support they had no answer for me besides "Sorry." Absolute trash.

Note: Raffles can only be participated in via SVD (no desktop log in) so good luck trying to get your shoes on this buggy mess.

App needs a lot of work. App does not keep you logged in so every time you quit it you need to re sing in. App is terrible when trying to use the face id or touch id and makes it difficult to enter into your account. Raffle tab is terrible and does not notify you when there is a specific raffle you want to enter although you press the notification icon.

Besides the many issues logging in already mentioned several times in the reviews, the developers keep updating it almost once a week. Which means that you have to re-download repeatedly or else you cannot access SVD . Finally, I have had SVD ever since they launched it and even used their site before that to participate in most raffles but NEVER won a single thing. Either I have very bad luck or it’s a sham

I downloaded SVD so I could sign up for a raffle to get some kicks I was after. Took the time to download it, placed it into a folder on homesceen. Then I tried to open it and sign in...FAIL. It stays on the white this app screen the whole time, if it doesn't crash. So no way to join the raffle since it's the only way to enter. What a complete mess. Don't downloaded this n waste ur time until it's fixed at least. Even if it works eventually, this isn't a great first impression of a mobile app.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. SVD is garbage. Upon first download, everything seemed fine. Was able to access account ect. Next day, I Literally cannot even log in. Just says “unexpected error” and then locks up on home screen. I Thought maybe I typed my pw in wrong or something but nope, I was able to log into the site just fine. This is really a disgrace and a disservice to paying customers. Either fix SVD , or take it off SVD Store until it’s properly coded. Simple as that man.

It seems that this app paid someone $20 from Craigslist to develop this horrible app. It take about 10-15 tries to log in(if it works).
Just get a new platform and start over again. This ain’t it.

I love this app but SVD is 💩!! I don’t think I’ve won a raffle since they started doing it via SVD only. I’ve never been notified if I won or lost. Every month there has been some kinda issue with SVD weather it is login problems where you can’t login to your account after it logs you out for no reason, and this problem always seems to happen when there’s a drop or something important so you end up SOL. The list goes on, but I hope since I’m not the only one unhappy 🙁 that someone will take notice and maybe do some updates sooner then later?

I’ve been in iOS for about 7 years now. I’m that time I’ve left reviews for a handful of apps. I have never written a review for an app until now. The god awful experience of trying to enter a raffle is the worst. But to experience that you first have to get through the login, which is a whole challenge in itself. The page to enter raffles continually kicks you off and signs you out of SVD , and as you try to enter again you get a bunch of toast messages that were left behind by the devs letting you know why you can’t log in. I’m desperately trying to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on shoes; and I’m left with this awful experience.

App never works. Fam of the shop but SVD is absolutely terrible

It’s seems as tho the person who developed and is developing SVD is on a constant lsd trip. I takes about 30mins to get logged in and then another 30mins to enter your desired raffle. I could have made SVD in under an hour.

SVD is junk, a waste of time flat out. You will never be able to enter a raffle ever. You can auto login all day long with no problem. But as soon as they tell you sign ups are open no more auto login and by the time you get logged in the raffle is closed. I wish there was a negative star button because in this case it would have been used -5 stars!!!!!

SVD locked me out of my account saying “Make sure you have network access” what on earth does that even mean?? I tried on both cellular and wifi internet and still the same. I thought it had to be my password but when i do the forget password thing, it wont even send me the email to reset my password. trash..

SVD doesn’t work well at all. When I’m connected to my WiFi it says error check network connection but when I turn my WiFi off and I’m working off my cellular it gives me the same message. I don’t know what the problem is.

Everyone is leaving bad reviews. Had SVD since the beginning of this summer. Works like a charm. Won 2 pairs of Yeezys and a pair or Jordan 1s. Haven’t had any problems yet. The site is legit. Only thing that I have to complain about is SVD itself. It’s NOTHING like the desktop. Can’t search anything. No categories. Only raffles and that’s it. Hopefully in the future they’ll add more to SVD to show you what’s all for sale like the actually desktop site. Other than that, SVD is great.
