Premium access doesn’t work .. bad UI
Outside of the fact that the UI is atrocious, opened a book summary and finally had to force close the app to get back to the main screen. I paid for a premium subscription but it doesn’t show in app (though it shows on my iPhone so Apple shows I paid) . And impossible to figure out how to fix that without sending emails. Really?

All visually impaired would like to use!
Visually impaired persons could greatly benefit from using an app such as StoryShots. I am visually impaired. StoryShots does not work efficaciously with VoiceOver. Although the visually impaired could benefit the most from such an app, it is denied them! And, where is the customer support contact information? Certainly it is there. Developer: will you fix these issues quickly!? Shameful discrimination

mostly satisfied, but needs work
I have enjoyed quite a few book summaries on the app, and the overall selection of titles is impressive. However, some of the “main shot” summaries feel like some random person’s biased opinion of the content instead of an actual book synopsis. I hope the administrators will work on keeping the content true to the books being reviewed and less of the opinionated rants I’ve come across.
