I wish I could get my 5$ back. It does exactly what the review above said it does and which the developer promised was resolved. Phone is newer and update and app keeps uploading another site and trying to get me to subscribe. Total scam.
Uninstalling.

You have to pay to download TOM and you don’t even know if this particular program is going to work for you. Buyer beware. They play music and tell you what to do but not show you what to do. Also, you have the option of playing your own music so why pay the $3.99 a month to play your own music. I don’t get it but all I know is I wasted $5.99 to download TOM and no refunds. Not for me.

I thought this was a free app, but Apple charged me $6.50 for it! Not only that but it doesn’t do anything. It just shows a cartoon photo of the Organised mum and that’s it!

Zero content or function. Just a logo page. It was good for lists previously.

It’s not letting me register so I can’t even get into TOM to use it

I would love to use TOM however I can only get the daily tasks to open about 10% of the time. I tap and tap, refresh and Nothing! TOM needs some major work because It’s of no value to me. I wasted my money.

Purchased TOM last week and regret it. I tried re downloading bc app doesn’t open to daily task every time I log on. So I can’t use it. I hope I can get a refund.

Looks like there was a major update and refresh on TOM and since then it had been much less useful. I see the daily list option but it doesn’t specify rooms the way it used to and now there is another feature in app that is of course paid for. Kinda bummed about the new update.. feels less organized than before

My neighborRecommended TOM as I work from home full-time and also watch my one-year-old. Housework was just too overwhelming for me, I would start some thing in one room and then walk into another room and start some thing else. TOM has helped me focus on one room a day, and my house feels clean regardless of what day of the week it is. I love that it is customizable, and I find myself adding items to the list daily.

One suggestion I would have is the ability to roll a task to the day prior, just like how TOM offers to roll it to the next day.

I’ve been using TOM since the beginning, bought the book (gave it to a loved one to inspire them), and have been using TOMM for a few years now. TOM is so easy to use and it’s more than worth the small fee. (I love lists!) Thank you, Gem and Mike for creating this. It’s a game changer ♥️

TOM and the guided cleans have been so helpful. I did not think I’d enjoy guided cleans, but they have changed my cleaning routine. I stay focused and really enjoy the guidance. It’s the perfect motivation for getting things done!

Most useful App on my phone! I work better with lists and TOM helps because I always lose my paper lists! The playlist keeps me going and my house is getting cleaner by the minute!

Great app! The reminders are really helpful. It’s also wonderful to have the ability to customize if your routine looks different than the standard TOMM.

TOM is fantastic. You can adjust your lists, the playlists are fabulous, and it always works. The TOMM method is pretty fantastic too.

The problem with being a “mum” buying TOM is that you also hand your spouse $5 and then make them download it on their phone as well.

But that’s the only problem I have with TOM. I wake up in the morning and instead of making a list of what needs to happen so that my house is clean and presentable, I check my app! As long as I spend the 15min plus 30min I know that all the nice things I have spent my money on - carpets, couches, curtains... - will stay nice.
