Trying to create an account on the phone is frustrating. Everything bleeds all the way to the edge, and I can’t get past entering the password/phone number. I enter it, but am not permitted to do anything else…cannot advance at all.

I tried numerous times on the version prior to this and this new updated version Allstar Group app, you cannot schedule service through ALLSTARGROUP, as the times will not populate when you get to the section to select a day and time to schedule service. Suggestion for next update; The owner and employees of Allstar should test their app before releasing it.
When I purchased my car earlier this year, I was pointed to using ALLSTARGROUP to keep track of my free 3 years of service. After 6 months it started crashing when it was opened. I deleted it and waited about a month and reinstalled. Still crashes when it’s opened. Was good in the beginning and now just sad.
I was able to chat with the dealership without even logging in. They helped me with my username and password so that I could log in.
