Database for Stardew Valley Reviews

I love everything about this this app. Fittingly: Stardew Valley is the only non-free app I have in my phone and this this app is the only other one I have paid to support. I could never organize my time in Stardew without this quick and user-friendly access to the official Wiki.

Database is basically seamless. The recents page is extremely helpful as well as the top toolbar. The only things I would change are so minor, I would feel really nit-picky to mention them here. I love all the icons and the organization of the home page. I wish I had looked into the main categories a long time ago rather than just searching for the articles I thought I needed.

I love Database so much. It is so convenient and I’m pretty addicted to stardew valley, so I use Database every day. Some people argue the wiki is better, but I disagree. With just tipping a dollar or so to a creator, you have everything you can think of without internet connections. Also, it has more features such as recents and favorites. It’s much easier to navigate than the online stardew wiki. I’m nearing the end of my game (meaning completing most tasks. I’ll always play even after lol) so I might get into terraria too. Can’t wait to get your terraria guide also :) love Database and I hope you can get some candy or something with your tip ❤️

I took a break from playing SV for a while. When I came back there was a bunch of stuff that had been added to the game. The wiki page was my go to for a long time but when it started crashing on me it became a nightmare. Now Database is my go to for all the things I need help with. If I could give it a higher rating I would. Everything you will ever need help with on the game is in Database.

Before I say anything, I want to say that Database is amazing. Everything I could ever know about a single game- all in one app. Great job to the developer(s).
With that said, I have a couple suggestions. When viewing the pages about the seasons, for example, the chart depicting the villager’s birthdays and events- the one that looks like the calendar on the notice board in the game- is almost completely cut off. Secondly, certain pages for items won’t load, simply showing the picture of the item and nothing else. If this is just the pages not being written yet, I get it. But that’s also annoying.

This is one of two apps I use for this game, the other has was to keep track of achievements and keep track of progress but this one is so full of useful information! If you are looking for easy access to all the information that you need to play the game you should download Database!
The only thing that would be helpful is a tab on the homepage for the new island stuff. Weather it’s a tab directly to just ginger island info or just 1.15 info. The new update stuff is what I’m currently looking up the most right now.

I am so glad I looked for an app instead of overpaying for the guide book! My wife and I will probably pay to remove the ads... honestly I’d pay for this with ads, haha. Seriously, easy enough to just search an npc or an item and you get the entire breakdown of gold per day, if it’s needed for bundles or quests, heart events, you name it! I haven’t experienced any bugs. Thank you so much for this, our quarantine time will be immeasurably improved!

I like having Database open while I’m working on my game, it makes it a lot faster to keep things going.

I could’ve sword that I saw information about the new updates from 1.5 yesterday, but when I looked today, the information about the remixed bundles was set back to the classics. An update would help for sure! Keep up the good work

This is a very nice this app with lots of good information. Problem is the ads....EDIT scroll down for ‘About’, where you can get rid of the ads for a small donation. This is a must imho, because the ads interrupt and delay use of Database . But well worth it for a job well done. Arguably an essential app for Stardew Valley the game.

I absolutely love Database and religiously use it almost every time I play SDV! However, recently, it started to crash every time I tried to click on anything. Without fail every time. The search button is also greyed out now for some reason. I don’t know what happened! Maybe lack of maintenance? Whatever it was, I hope it get fixed because I really love Database!

A super convenient way for me to keep track of what I still need to keep for the community center and a good collection of info about the villagers that's easy to access. Less of a "guide" (because Stardew is very much a play your own way game) and more of a quick and easy collection of info in an easy to access medium. Love it!!!!!!! ♥️✨⭐️

This is not a good guide. It has something similar to Wikipedia-like summaries, but it does not work as a guide by GUIDING you on how to do things. I constantly have to Google things myself since this thing doesn’t tell you anything. I was trying to figure out why my chickens were skinny, well turns out that you’re supposed to lay the hay down in the top right corner. This guide just tells you that chickens produce eggs and there’s absolutely zero information on how to care for them.

It was a cute attempt, but I don’t know why this is rated so highly. You’re better off using Google.

I recently fell back into my obsession with Stardew Valley thanks to my boyfriend.. and Database is a LIFESAVER!! I haven’t figured out how to clear bundles though... I pretended to mark that I had partially completed a bundle just to test it and to show my boyfriend... but now I can’t undo it.. is that an oversight on my part or is that not a feature?

This helps me so much. Before I wrote anything I learned about stardew valley in a notebook then I saw Database and it helps like crazy not having to memorize anything anymore. I know you probably are but an update adding everything thing new with the new island update would help but for now I’m back to my notebook.

This has been so helpful. In my first year I was able to reach max hearts with roughly more than half the villagers just by being able to see who liked what. It was a lot more convenient then going to the wiki itself to find everything.

Database is great. It’s incredibly helpful and does a great job with showing all of the information you could ever need. However, whenever I use Database while I’m using wifi, it crashes immediately. I have to use cellular data just to use it. Other than that though, Database is absolutely perfect.

Super user friendly and saves me so much time from going into google, searching for the sdv wiki, then looking up what info I’m searching for, but this puts it all easily into one app that I only need a single tap to open!!! Highly recommend for new and experienced players :DD

I have only just started playing Stardew Valley (just after 1.5 update). I found myself overwhelmed from the start, not sure where to even begin! Database has been so useful and easy to use, it’s definitely iridium quality!

This works perfectly for me while I play the game. It is very well organized and gives you the option of making favorites for easier access. This has been my go to for fast information.

Great layout and so much info that I couldn’t find anywhere else! Adds not even that bad and the ability to have your favorites saved so you don’t have to keep going back and forth just genius. 1000% Recommended

First and foremost download this it’s 200% worth your time.
Second go ahead and tip something it’s not expensive and worth removing the ads.
Third only thing Database needs is a better dark mode the current Twitter blue dark mode is meh especially now with IOS 13’s dark mode API support.

Database perfects puts the online wiki into an app in a way that makes it even more fluid and easy to use, as well as informative. Everything works very well and it is a joy to use. I also like the white background as opposed to the weird one online. Look no further for the best this app for Stardew Valley.

Earlier I wrote a review describing my love for Database along with a question I had with the developer. I received a quick response and got the help I needed to have a better experience with Database. If your a Stardew Valley fan you need Database. It is not only a great resource but will always enhance your gameplay. 5/5.

If you are constantly looking at the wiki for this game Database is the one you want it has the links everything on the top of the page so if you are looking at animals it will jump you to chickens or how love works with them. Super easy UI as well.

This guide the answer to everything you need about Stardew valley. I’ve played this game since it’s been released on my switch. I can say this will be a beginners best companion. Plus, if you open Database 8 times and view 49 pages you can remove the adds ❤️!!!!

Wow. There is SO MUCH information here! I seriously will never need to look up anything now. I was expecting this to be like other information apps, (low quality with little info), but NO! It’s really good?

To make Database even better, you could also add in a farm planner, where you could build your dream farm. Just a suggestion.

While some may argue that the wiki is a easier way to get all of their information i find Database to be much more convenient, worth the 4$ to remove ads
