I refuse to purchase a membership for an app I can’t even simply view first.

I downloaded the app after seeing that it may be useful on the website. Being on an iPhone, an app is always preferable to trying to navigate the mobile website version. I downloaded it, created an account, saw the membership options but regardless of which receipt style I clicked on, the app immediately crashed and closed. The only one that would open is the free option which means, I’d be buying a membership without even knowing if you offer a style I would use. No thanks.
So what’s the point of a “free”’app??

The app itself seems to work. I like the features for all the different types of receipts looks easy to use. The thing is that there are 3 tiers membership. Lowest is 9.99 a month. I wish I had known rather than wasting time creating a receipt. If you don’t join the membership fee your receipt has a watermark on it. Can’t use it.

It’s a scam. After buying the membership when I tried making receipts it wouldn’t work and it would kick me out of the app. Then when I tried making receipts from the online version i was blocked from the whole website. Because it was saying access denied.
