Inaccurate data

I live in Upper Michigan. I was curious if this app would have any useful information about the areas I fish here but this half of the state is so rural I wasn't optimistic. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of blue lines on the map when I first opened it up however upon closer examination I see that streams, rivers, and lakes that do NOT contain trout are also marked as trout. Plus there are several fly shops in the area and none are shown in the app. No way I would pay for bad data like this, however if the programmers would like to pay me I can help clean things up and make it accurate.

Needs work

I downloaded this to teat it out. For my state, it’s missing a LOT of information. The class system doesn't match our state classification and some waters that are higher class were listed as lower class in the app. What’s bizarre is that our state has all of this data available for free in GIS format and even has a free website with better info than what’s in the app. The developers should have been able to easily pull all the GIS biomass data from the state and include it. There was a ton of public access missing. This looks like someone just pulled a bunch of data from somewhere and tried to customize it without actually knowing anything about the areas.

When were states like SC and GA added?

I’m guessing this is better in some states than others. I’m not sure it’s of use to us in SC. I’m not seeing anything really different than what I already know and I’m seeing things missing. I’m hoping I haven’t been charged yet. If it improves for SC I’d be willing to pay for it, but much improvement is needed. North, GA could also use some work.
