How to fix CodeSandbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CodeSandbox app on iPhone
Update CodeSandbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CodeSandbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CodeSandbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CodeSandbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CodeSandbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CodeSandbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CodeSandbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » CodeSandbox » click [Force Stop]

Update CodeSandbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CodeSandbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CodeSandbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CodeSandbox.

Fix CodeSandbox unable to contact server/ CodeSandbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CodeSandbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CodeSandbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
