So I’ve ordered from this app three times. The first time, the flowers were very cheap & underwhelming but I let it go because of the short time frame & my sister liked them anyways. I decided to give them another try and ordered some cupcakes. I placed two orders five days in advance since I’m out of the delivery zone. The day comes and they deliver them 2 hours late, gave me chocolate when I ordered red velvet & an assortment and they were all shaken up in the box. They claim to be great handcrafted cupcakes but they were frozen. I know the quality depends on the bakery not this app but they had five days to place the correct order and they didn’t. They called me to tell me they were prepackaged & I’m like, seriously??? I usually never leave bad reviews but I haven’t had a good time with this app. $78 for 12 cupcakes that were horrible??!?? Never again.

I feel like this company is run by high schoolers, but I don’t want to insult high schoolers. I gave them a simple task: please send a bottle of champagne to my sister as an engagement gift. They responded by sending a bottle of the cheapest sparkling wine I had ever seen. Not even sure it was drinkable. After complaining they ended up sending another bottle: this time a very cheap bottle of Prosecco. Again not champagne. Finally, they sent a bottle from France (getting closer, I’ll give them that) but it ALSO wasn’t champagne; it was sparkling wine...again! After being told I would get a refund for the inconvenience, they ended up not doing anything and told me it wouldn’t be possible. Avoid like the plague and use a grown up delivery service until these guys mature or go out of business. Which one do you think I’m betting on?

I have used this app several times. However, this last time was such a memorable experience i felt compelled to review it. My cousin’s birthday is today and i wanted to send her flowers (with coronavirus we cannot meet in person) so, i went to this app last night to order and it turns out she was out of the delivery zone. (BUMMER) i searched apps similar to this app (didnt find any by the way) to make sure i could make her bday special. Today, i get a cal from Yan saying ‘Hey! We see you tried to place an order out of our delivery zone- we would really like to get your order delivered’

I was DELIGHTED! It literally made my Friday! SHE LOVED THEM! Thank you, this app (and Yan) for helping make my cousins birthday special!

When a friend said they were engaged, sending a this app took less than a minute. When I forgot a birthday, I had a gift sent within 2 minutes. When I wanted to send flowers it was so easy I ended up sending too many flowers. Most importantly everyone felt important, special and thought of. this app makes keeping important people top of line and appreciated so easy that it’s a no brainer for my business and personal life.

My younger sister is away for the summer and having a hard time being away from home. I was able to send her a this app in the same day that she was going through something to help brighten her day. It was like being able to send her a hug, even though she’s hundreds of miles away. There was a little hiccup with the address, but the customer service is amazing and was able to get her the selected this app on time.

I’ve used Gesture to send birthday flowers, celebratory champagne, and “just because” flowers. All of them arrived super fast (within a couple hours) by a nice delivery person and for less than $25. How can you beat that? I’m so thankful foe Gesture and the customer service team is super friendly and on top of any details or issues that come up (I provided the wrong address once, oops). Highly recommend Gesture . Really easy to use too!

I love Gesture. I’ve used it multiple times to surprise my friends and family for various things from birthdays, to engagements and just because. It’s easy to use and the options are so fun, not just your run of the mill flowers online. Also, I’ve had great customer service anytime I’ve had questions and they’ve worked with me to ensure the this app was perfect! I would definitely recommend using Gesture. for a special delivery for any occasion!

I’ve used this app a few times now and have been really happy with their service every time. It’s the only service that delivers affordable, but high quality gifts for special occasions. And the one and only time my order was running really late, their customer service was very helpful it making sure it arrived quickly. All my recipients have loved what they’ve received!

I was running out from a listing appointment the other day and bumped into another agent in the lobby. I actually knew the agent, he has done multiple sales in the build and was the building EXPERT. However, I learned that the only way to stand out in this business is through excellent customer service. Quickly, I ordered this app to the seller’s apartment... and guess what? I got an email same night saying that they were really impressed and will sign the contract as soon as covid dust settles!!! Thank you this app!!!!!

The best gift delivery app in the WORLD! I was looking to send my partner anniversary flowers and when I put her address in, it said that it wasn’t in range. Not even two minutes later, I get a phone call from a representative asking me for her address and what I wanted to send her, and boom! It was done way quicker than I imagined. Happy partner, happy customer, happy day! I’ve never had such an amazing experience with any delivery system before. The products are very good quality and the prices are fair. I can honestly say 10/10.

We realized it was 6:55 PM and we hadn’t ordered a birthday gift for our family. I tried to order flowers on the site but couldn’t get a delivery time the same day. I got a text message from a team member and they assured they could deliver the flowers as ordered. It was the nicest surprise- I really wasn’t expecting anything to happen so late in the evening. Sure enough the beautiful sunflowers were delivered at 9 PM. I got messages letting met know the progress of my order. A great experience overall. Amazing service. Thank you!

I will definitely use this service several times in the future! I absolutely love Gesture! I downloaded it because I heard how convenient it was to send gifts for those distant friends/fam. Unfortunately, where I needed delivery was out of the service area, but the Director of the org contacted me directly via text and made an exception and had my this app delivered the very next day and the time she said she would. Truly a life saver and the customer service was beyond amazing! I give it my strongest recommendations to any and everyone!

I wasn’t looking forward to my birthday this year given it was in the midst of the pandemic, but this app played a big role in making this one of the most special birthdays I’ve had. In receiving this gift, I felt surrounded by love. Knowing other birthdays are coming up in the midst of all this uncertainty, I’m spreading love using Gesture knowing that it made such a positive impact on me.

Although Gesture itself was a bit glitchy when I tried to order, the customer service and follow up I received to ensure my order was processed was truly unmatched. I will definitely be using this service again and again. Promo codes for repeat users are an added bonus.

My friend is an Aries and had a birthday during this pandemic and I wanted to ensure that she received some love on her day. Literally the night before her birthday I made an order in this app for a cake, flowers and a bottle of wine. Perfect! But the customer service and the play-by-play follow you I received from Yan from this app was what was really PERFECT! They were timely with responses via email and followed up with a quick phone call when there was a minor bump in the road. They even described the look on my friends face when she received the gift! Great service!

I have never had a company take such a personal interest in seeing a customer satisfied! The people at this app are truly amazing and lifesavers. I needed help with a last minute holiday gift and they helped me to get it completed even when I believed it to be impossible. They jumped right in and a few hours later everything was completed. I was looking for gift delivery services in Gesture Store, and along came this app. It is super user friendly and has so many options for gifts or “gestures” to select from. From flowers, to wine, to birthday cakes, to seriously, just about everything. I found the perfect gift for a dear friend of mine, put in the order, and it was delivered right on time as promised! You can also include a personalized message and leave a note on instructions for the delivery. This was my first time using it and man am I a fan. Now that I discovered it, I will be using this app again soon.

At first when I tried to order it turned out where I needed to send my gift wasn’t in their delivery zone and they didn’t have what I originally wanted, but their customer service followed up and made it happen! They were so professional and clearly focused on delivering a good experience. I really appreciated their willingness to help and my co-workers loved their gift.

I used to order flowers from 1800 Flowers but now I just use this app. It’s so easy, and take a few clicks on my phone. I met these guys when they were a small company and have been using it ever since. They even called me to tell me the red roses one vendor had didn’t look great and asked if I mind switching to another color. That’s going above and beyond. Then, I was out of the the delivery radius and I gave up. They called me (no idea how they knew that was my issue) and offered to deliver it anyway and find a vendor. I pretty much only use them for flowers and other gifts. Especially when you’re in a pinch.

This is literally the best app to use to send a this app to a friend or loved one. It takes 3 minutes to choose a package on Gesture (flowers, wine, or even a birthday cake!), and then you select a delivery time... super easy! Instead of finding a flower shop that is expensive and takes a few days for delivery, or a cake shop where you have to call way in advance, this app completely solves this problem (especially during Covid). If there is an issue, you’ll get a personal text from customer support to ensure the delivery is being worked on. I can’t recommend enough, and I’ll definitely continue to use Gesture in the future!

I was thrilled to see the bouquet I ordered arrive in an hour! Flowers were healthy and gorgeous. Since the address I was sending to was funky, this app customer service reached out to me to make sure everything was right and followed up after the sale. I will use this agin for friends in New York because the satisfaction is so great knowing my this app will be delivered so quickly. 10 out of 10 for this gifter!!
