No way to create an account

I can’t give a zero, but I would like to give it a zero because StartTV just wants you log in, but you can’t log in because you have not set up an account. There is no place on StartTV to create an account. Downloaded StartTV , but could not get into StartTV , so it is deleted now. Not cool Start TV

Misleading

Misleading. When I downloaded StartTV. I thought I was gonna be able to watch shows that I see for free on my TV with “antenna” not even cable. Well, I can’t watch anything. It looks like you have sign to a plan in smart TV in Canada. Just add that in your description because I wouldn’t have downloaded it if I knew that.

Can’t create and account

StartTV is a total waste of time! When you first open it up to either sign in or create an account . . . the is ONLY a SIGN IN possibility. There is no option to create or set up an account. And the is NO menu to explain how to set StartTV and account up—so you can actually use StartTV .

Horrendous app

I have to agree with all the other reviewers. Despite having read them, I decided to give StartTV a try anyway. It does STINK!! You are completely unable to create a new account. There is only a login section if you already HAVE an account. 🤨🙄

Worthless app

Won’t let me create a new account and there’s no customer service! Tried to go on their portal as someone suggested, and it’s based in Canada soI couldn’t sign up!!! Absolutely worthless, as I originally posted.😡😡😡

START TV IS FREE OVER THE AIR

StartTV is terrible. It tries to make you "sign up" but you can't sign up. (?) Start TV is a free over the air TV channel in my area. Or you can watch it via the Start TV website - this app.com

Start tv

Can’t get into the start tv to see any shows!! I don’t get an option to be a new sign in and pick username and password and I don’t have one already so I can’t login and I’ve tried everything what’s wrong with StartTV!!!!???? Please people fix this so new people can get a username and password and see shows!!! Smh this is so frustrating!

Worthless at this point

I was watching a show I like on Xfinity Comcast and decided to get StartTV to watch it on my iPhone X. Downloaded StartTV and couldn’t even get to the Sign Up page. Stuck on a logo splash screen. I updated my iOS to v.12.1.1, restarted my iPhone (twice) and tried to Sign Up again. Nothing. I looked on the Support page and that was of no help because it was for Start.ca (Start Canada) and I am in California, USA. So, now I can only watch my show tethered to the TV. this app developers, please get it together.
