Time out error. Did you guys shutdown the server or smth? Can't even log in

I still have to reach out to other people and haggle on price even when using TicketBay. Still a huge risk of getting scammed……

Use Student Seats instead.

Thought that I’d be able to sell my ticket directly on TicketBay but I guess not but that’s not my problem with it. When someone is interested in buying your ticket it gives you the option to sell it to that person on the bottom of the screen however when you click sell you lose all of the information of the other person. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Once the sale is confirmed I should get the contact information of the other person. Anyways I missed out on a big transaction because of this so I’m pretty disappointed.

Very well designed app. I am finally able to find tickets that other student are selling much easier than searching forums online. I can take my brother to football games now!

A great app, very good user interface. I feel safer because it’s all students. I’ve never encountered a scam and it’s just so much more simple of a buying experience than the regular ticket master marketplace.

Was getting really annoyed with the Facebook group and people selling their tickets for wayyyy too much, was easily able to find a ticket at a normal price exactly where I wanted it thru TicketBay !

TicketBay is incredible when it comes to getting tickets for finding OSU tickets. Looking anywhere else you pay an outrageous price but all the tickets are put out on a great interface and easy to keep track of. I’ve used TicketBay to buy tickets for many games and will continue to keep using it!!!

definitely a great app in every way. every interaction i’ve had via TicketBay were very pleasant. super easy to buy and sell. i’ve made ~$100 selling my nosebleed tickets and then buying Block O tickets. it’s great if you wanna rip off people and get great deals on good seats. don’t bother with the Group Me chats. I saw TicketBay mentioned on reddit and figured I’d give it a try. Last year, I bought tickets on Facebook, and it was hard to keep track of what was available and who I was contacting. Today, I purchased three tickets for an upcoming game, and it was really easy for me to see everything that was for sale, and for me to contact the seller. TicketBay works well, and I hope it continues to grow in popularity. Go bucks!

I’m know I’m writing this during the football offseason, but I just wanted to say that TicketBay is a lifesaver! If you are an OSU student that likes OSU football, you’re SOL without this app. Any time you need tickets for the game, or if you have friends or family in town that want to go, TicketBay is the best way to get tickets FAST and for a GREAT PRICE. Or if you can’t make it to the game, you can list your tickets for other students to buy. You negotiate with other verified OSU students and get in direct contact with real people.

I’ve both bought and sold tickets on TicketBay and it’s so useful.
For buying, I originally used Facebook but it would take forever to for me to message tons of people asking what their price is only for it to usually be too high or no longer available. TicketBay requires sellers to state their asking price and it’s so much quicker and easier to be able to simply scroll through the prices until seeing one I can afford. Being able to filter by game and section is very handy too.

As a seller, it still beats out Facebook, Reddit, and GroupMe by a mile. On those platforms there are so many people trying to sell their tickets that your own post gets buried after only a few hours. Since TicketBay sorts all available tickets by price, my tickets are on an even footing with all the others for sale no matter when I put up the offer.

Overall, I’m very impressed and this is by far the best app for buying and selling student tickets. The only area that other platforms may have it beat is in the amount of users, but it’s still relatively new and there’s still enough people to find/sell what you need to.

Will TicketBay be updated in time for the 2024 season?

TicketBay, although only out for a short time, has already helped me. I have already been able to find tickets to the games I want to see later in this fall. The developers were super helpful and responsive when I had any questions. Thanks so much Salty Software!
