This is such an amazing service for an old lady like me. So convenient to use. All stadiums in the world should have this service. Hard for me to get in and out of all the seats and stairs being an old lady. They bring it right to me. These guys really had a great idea.

I downloaded the application at a sports event and waited over an hour for my order. As you realize, I got tired of waiting for my order to be delivered to my seat, and I got up to pick it up myself. In the end, my order was still processed and I was still charged the delivery fee. I definitely will not be using the service anymore and as you finish reading this I hope you recognize that you should not use it either. It's not worth it!

Convenience at its finest. Have kids? No problem. Just order from sEATz . On a date? Order from sEATz . Pay big money for those seats? We get it. Order from sEATz !

sEATz is fine; the service is horrible. 5:18pm beer order. Never got a “order is ready” txt so at 5:45 I walk up to go check. Literally 25-30 people deep to PICKUP my order. My wife got through the regular line before I made it to the counter. Pickup at 6:15. Don’t bother with this - just get in line if there is no option for seat service (no seat service available for me today). Jeez.

Love this! No waiting in line or having to figure out what to do with kids if you need to get something. Brought right to my seat within minutes! Best thing ever!!!!!

I order drinks and food for me and my sons in the first quarter. Stated my order was received and my payment accepted right away. My order never moved passed received the entire game. I sent 3 messages to support which said someone would call me and I never received a response. The order payment and every support request states and log that went through immediately so connection was not the issue.

First order was cancelled after 30 min with no reason given. Tried ordering again, and no order delivered. Waited over 1.5 hrs, now the game is over. Tried reaching out to customer service and no response. Hope the refund my money. Terrible service wouldn’t use again.

We are having the time of our lives and the this app app is a big part of it. So good so fast so easy

Tried sEATz four times. Twice the food and drinks arrived quickly. The other two times, it took them over an hour. Brutal if your trying to skip the lines.

Bought hotdogs, brought ketchup but not mustard and no napkins. Would be better if you could personalize it.

Ordered 2 Ultras 50 minutes ago. Said they were delivering 15 minutes back. Service is the worst ever.

Good app and great idea.

Too bad the service sucked at the first Houston Roughnecks game. Couldn’t get any response from support after order never arrived.

Poor operations and bad management won’t get you very far.

Used sEATz at the Texans game to order beer. My brother and I decided to see which was faster, sEATz or the concession stand. He left for the concession stand at the same time I sent in my order through the this app app. No lie... my this app runner was halfway down the stairs with my beer before my brother even reached the top of the stairs.

Props to the Texans for having this service available. We would’ve spent 20 minutes in line, but we had our beer delivered to us in two minutes with sEATz.

Wish other stadiums would get on board.

Total game changer.
