1 year agoMy order was never delivered at the SMU vs TCU game on 9/24. I finally went to go pick it up. They didn’t have the products I ordered so I reluctantly accepted some other type of drinks because it was so hot and we were thirsty. I paid extra for delivery to my seat to avoid the lines. I would like to be refunded the delivery fee. Gerald J. Horrible
I downloaded the application at a sports event and waited over an hour for my order. As you realize, I got tired of waiting for my order to be delivered to my seat, and I got up to pick it up myself. In the end, my order was still processed and I was still charged the delivery fee. I definitely will not be using the service anymore and as you finish reading this I hope you recognize that you should not use it either. It's not worth it!

Terrible service
The app is fine; the service is horrible. 5:18pm beer order. Never got a “order is ready” txt so at 5:45 I walk up to go check. Literally 25-30 people deep to PICKUP my order. My wife got through the regular line before I made it to the counter. Pickup at 6:15. Don’t bother with this - just get in line if there is no option for seat service (no seat service available for me today). Jeez.

Horrible
I order drinks and food for me and my sons in the first quarter. Stated my order was received and my payment accepted right away. My order never moved passed received the entire game. I sent 3 messages to support which said someone would call me and I never received a response. The order payment and every support request states and log that went through immediately so connection was not the issue.
