I'm on a Pixel 6 Pro/ Android OS 13. Eye and Face Alignment work perfectly, but the Proper Lighting will NOT work. I've tried different levels of light - natural, LED, etc. Cleared apps cache, uninstalled/reinstalled several times, restarted the device several times. Phone is completely up-to-date. Proper Lighting still won't recognize and go to a green check.

How to fix Mary Kay app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mary Kay app on iPhone
Update Mary Kay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mary Kay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mary Kay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mary Kay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mary Kay Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mary Kay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mary Kay App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mary Kay » click [Force Stop]

Update Mary Kay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mary Kay App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mary Kay » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mary Kay.

Fix Mary Kay unable to contact server/ Mary Kay internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mary Kay » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mary Kay » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mary Kay
