Terrible/Horrible

I had the worst experience dealing with IG.
The service of IG is absolutely horrible. I spent the last two weeks on the phone with you guys, only to be constantly told “My sales rep/account opener will call you back” never did I receive a call back. My documents have been uploaded and have said approved for roughly two months now. I have been asked the same security questions to verify my identity three times now. Downright horrible and terrible “service” that you guys claim to provide. I have never been tossed through so many loops to open an account with someone in my life. I have taken my business elsewhere and was setup, account funded, and trading the same day, with no issues or loops to be constantly jumping through. I advise no one to use IG, find someone else.
If I could rate them negative stars I would do so. I am forced to give them 1 star, which they are not deserving of.
Poor customer service and app

The app crashes or freezes quite a bit. I had an issue with it and emailed immediately. They kept saying it was fine on their part. After waiting hours to respond even though it’s 24/7. I would suggest anyone else choose a different platform. Customer service is awful and app crashes or login messes up. Don’t fall for the good reviews

These people will not let you withdraw your money. I had a card on there and the bank account related to that card has been closed for months. They want me to verify that card before I can withdraw money deposited with ANOTHER card. How can I get statements not older than 6 months when the bank account has been closed for 7-8 months. Customer service is no help!
