1 year agoDear BBC learning English department. I have been using your site happily and without facing any issue. But today something weird happened while I was using your Upper_intermediate course. I tried to open unit 6 session 4 and there I encountered the message which says: PAGE NOT FOUND and after that all other units as well are showing the same message/error. Your site probably is the only site I use for learning English profoundly and efficiently and I got improved astonishingly. That would be very nice of you if you could just fix this so I can keep on going with my learning process. I'm looking forward to hear from you. Your sincerely Seyed Amir Hossein Hosseini

As you have previously announced that each audio comes with a download button in the last update, but there isn’t any in my app!! Can’t download audio files and don’t know what is the reason.
