    Foundation - Level 1: Great overview

    I just completed Level 1 - Foundation. It provides a very nice overview of basic meditation techniques, including focusing on breath, and body scan. I am not new to meditation, but I am struggling to incorporate it into my daily routine, which I have recently realized is very important to me. The short time (10-12 min) that each lesson takes is perfect for helping me to commit to a daily meditation practice. It’s just enough time to provide me with a centering experience and almost guarantee that I can complete a session in the morning before anyone in my family wakes, which is my preferred timing for meditation (and I don’t have to wake uncomfortably early to accomplish my goal). Thank you for this free level! It helps me to start my day in a positive way, despite the various challenges I am currently navigating in my life. I encourage anyone to try out Serenity, no matter where you are on the spectrum of meditation experience.

    Great app for all levels

    Definitely one of the better meditation apps that I’ve tried. The background music as well as the voice of the narrator are very calming and help you relax easily. As someone who has always had a rough time meditating, I found these guided practices to be very helpful as they break things down into smaller steps and help you to ease into the practice of meditation slowly. This app offers various different levels and types of meditation, making it ideal for both those who are new to meditation and those who are more experienced.

    The mind is worth the cost

    I have done this everyday since downloading it. When I hit the end of the free trial, I was a little disappointed. However, the way I felt after just a week encouraged me to spend the 20 bucks for 6 months. Man was it worth it. It helps me to find calm in the chaos. I’ve fallen asleep easier and quicker. I love these guided meditations so much that I’m working towards building up for an all day meditation session, using many of these techniques to keep me centered during those times. So glad I gave this app a try.

    My favorite meditation app!

    There are a lot of guided meditation apps out there now. Serenity is my favorite! I’ve meditated for 13 years and this is one that offers topic driven programs from beginner to advance. Most are 7-15 minutes so it is easy to interstate them into your day and meditate regularly. The woman who leads the meditations voice is calming and soothing and that’s helps to settle yourself down into whatever you are focusing on, in addition to your breath. Wide range of topics too- highly recommend for experienced meditator and beginners alike.

    Favorite Meditation app, hands down

    I’ve been a long time lover of meditation, never a dedicated practitioner but a “weekend meditator” if you will. Always feel better afterwards. Always wanted to do it more, but couldn’t find guided meditations that combined an easy voice to listen to, good amount of length per session (ideal for me is 10-15 minutes), and easy to follow session progression. This app has it all. Not too much or too little of anything, just right. Thank you!

    New To Meditation And I Highly Recommend Apps

    I’m gonna give you the best way I can! No BS, no answer this that, oh and trial is over, I actually have unlocked a Sleep Meditation but it has been a good learning experience for me and my family I am such an anxious person and I will continue to do it and I will have to have to be told to focus and breath in and then out. After the incident I was going to take the plunge and purchase it! I’ll be back!

    So beginner friendly!

    I’ve tried meditation countless times before but just couldn’t get into it. I HATE the word medItation. From the get-go this is by far the best guided “meditation” app I’ve tried. Its more like building practical skills and tools you can use in everyday life. Each session is only about 10 minutes which makes it manageable. Definitely try it if you’ve given up on other apps.

    Meditation Made Easy

    I have really enjoyed this app since it was recommended to me by a friend from therapy. I have completed only the first 7 sessions, and I am still engaged and eager for more. On to level 2! The creators of this app seem to really understand how difficult meditation is for those new to it. The narrator seems to always give me the proper amount of time to understand and practice the teachings. I’ve never felt rushed, it kind of trips me out in a great way. I showed some friends this app and we actually did the first session together on the beach! It was a great bonding experience and everyone had good things to say. So I’ll definitely keep recommending this app to whomever is willing to listen. Hope this helps!

    Practical and gently paced

    As a total beginner I have heard plenty of people say ‘focus on the breath’ in sample meditation classes and yoga studios, but this app was the first place that I felt like I was progressing, that what I was doing in each session was moving me a little further down a path towards something. I feel that I finally have had a taste of what “all the excitement is about”. Excellent app.

    Truly amazing

    This helped me tremendously to ease stress of overwhelming thoughts of life’s circumstances that are beyond control helped me pace myself. By the end of the first session I had more control of my wondering mind and was able to focus more on breathing and sensations throughout the body. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to ease stress. Looking forward to the other sessions.

    Helps me relax

    This meditation app has really helped me a lot and I have only been using it for a short time! I feel more relaxed and in tune with myself even though I still struggle to focus ☺️. It really has helped with my anxiety a bit and made me feel calmer and a bit happier so far! Looking forward to going deeper and learning more!

    Best meditation app for beginners

    If you’ve struggled to find a meditation app that is steeped in learning fundamental skills but does not push an agenda, this is the app for you! This app is like a course in mediation and will certainly Guide you from beginner to intermediate. Around 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins in the evening changes my entire day for the better!

    I would recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with mindfulness. It has helped me stay focused while studying for a certification exam. It was so help I have continued the practice since passing the exam. I find I able to stay on task and to keep stress at bay when things get hectic at work.
