Great app. Pretty art.

But the personal data sharing policy says just enough to be ambiguous.

I don't like being personally identifiable. A truly anonymous app like "Signal" spells out in no uncertain terms that you are safe with them. Yes, it's a different type of app—but the are precise and exact in their description of how my data is handled—and is OPEN SOURCE to prove their credibility.

Read Signal's Privacy Policy, then read this app's Policy.

Then think about which app makes you feel more secure about your personally identifiable data.

Great app, but I'm moving on because of the ambiguous Privacy Policy.

Very disappointed there is no iPad support. It looks like it could be an excellent journal app, but since I primarily use my iPad in landscape mode it’s pretty much unusable for me. I did check and it doesn’t support landscape on my iPhone either which I prefer since I can blow text up (getting old can really stink sometimes). Landscape support would greatly improve Reflect and probably turn it into a daily driver for me.

The concept is cool and the questions help the reflection process. This is the first time I ever did something like journaling. I have wanted to journal but Reflect takes me to the next level. Reflect helps you better this app and start journaling by stimulating your thoughts with pertinent questions designed to get you to look at yourself, and draw out what otherwise might not be noticed in our busy lives.

I would really like to use Reflect with an i pad and a external keyboard. Unfortunately, there is only an I phone version of Reflect. I will keep using on my IPhone. But I may switch to an app that offers and iPad version. Other than that, I really like Reflect. I find the prompts so helpful. Really I want to give it 5 stars. But I need the flexibility of an IPad version too.

this app is an amazing app, and has let my brother able to let go anxiety. I’ve been able to sleep way better. You can choose how much you want to tell, and gives advice without making you feel bad about what your feeling.

I do have a suggestion though! It would be great if you could be able to pick more than one emotion for daily check in, or some sort of feature that lets you say how much of that feeling you feel. For example, if you were super stressed or only a little stressed. I think that would make it a lot more personalized. Anyways, great app.

Reflect come just at the right time. I love have this accountability tool that reminds me to be mindful of my emotional state and to be conscious to the present moment. Just love it!

Been using Reflect for a few days and it really makes me conscious of my decisions and feelings throughout the day, which I love. There are just minor features I would love to be added, but there is no place to recommend them to the developers. However, Reflect is amazing, and well worth the download.

Reflect is really good of letting you express your emotions. I like the features that it gives you, and the suggestions that give you when you are stuck on certain emotions. This is truly been a great blessing for me.

Love Reflect, it’s really easy to follow and it guides you while you write. You also don’t have to write a lot, which I really appreciate but Why doesn’t this turn into landscape mode when you start to write.

i love Reflect. i’ve struggled with journaling for so long and Reflect makes it so easy. for me, the combination of it being a phone app & having prompts makes it so easy to start writing. writing w a pen & paper and no prompts made me struggle w where to start. the only thing i’d change is adding more emotions to choose from, and being able to change the dates on the entries. (i go to bed past midnight so i’d like my entries to this app that day and not the day i’m writing in)

Reflect isn’t much it isn’t new but it works like a charm. It’s an amazing way to clear out your thoughts for the night and look for a way through. I wish it wasn’t paid because I wanna explore some deeper emotions but I’m happy with what I have so far too!

I am a premium user. Reflect makes me so happy and I feel awesome using it. It’s set up so it’s like you’re talking to a friend about your day and working through your feelings. It has helped my negative self talk and for me to be more positive and compassionate with myself.

I think that when you do this app it is really a chance to let out your feelings and not have to hide . I do this everyday and every night because then when I wake up I’m not stressed and when I got to bed I’m calm and feeling better about myself so I really recommend Reflect and it works.~Sarah

I had some problems in life...my parents divorce,stress and anxiety,And falling into deep depression... Reflect helped me understand my emotion, change to a better person and leave my sad life that I was suffering from...I recommend it!
