It doesn’t do what it claims to do. In the end you are just sending a picture to yourself. What a let down.
I took an online exam for a class and had to submit via a scanned PDF file. I was able to scan my work with PDFScannerApp but when I shared it to my email, it never went through! I ended up having to use another app and was barely able to get my exam submitted. If even this feature doesn’t work, I find it hard to trust any of the other features on PDFScannerApp.
SAVE YOURSELF - FIND A DIFFERENT SCANNER APP. I have used several scanner apps in the past, just got a new phone and couldn’t remember which one I use. This was terrible compared to others. The camera kept taking photos before it would focus, even after I switched it to manual. Then PDFScannerApp kept taking me to PDFScannerApp Store which was frustrating.
Thankfully- directions to unsubscribe were clear and I have removed PDFScannerApp from my phone.
PDFScannerApp is a scam do not download!!! I was misled to think I was purchasing a 3-day trial, and instead I was charged $60 for a full year! Not to mention PDFScannerApp is garbage quality and does an awful job formatting pictures. $60 for nothing, cropping and editing directly off my camera roll looks better.

Terrible - advertisements with every push of a button. Pots scanning app name right on top of signatures in scanned docs.
PDFScannerApp takes 3x longer to use than any other scanner because there are TWO full-screen advertisements that are difficult and take effort to click out of after EACH PAGE scan. Scan one page, struggle to click out of the first full-screen ad, click “cancel” to the second full screen ad for their premium service, then scan the next page. If you are scanning more than one page, this is a nightmare. It’s clearly a bid to annoy you into buying their premium service, with constant reminders that they’d like you to pay to avoid the annoyance they themselves have imposed, but I do not want to support an app with my money that is so absurd and irritating with their user interface and ads. To top it off, the scans didn’t even turn out that well. I’ll pay for something better by another developer.
It works up until you need it off your phone, then it won’t print or it emails messages with nothing attached. It’s a mess and waste of time
Was scanning my documents because I was in a rush and I think I finally found a good app but it sucked because when I was going to email it it’s covered in watermarks. And I’m not paying $40 just to remove it. Waste of my time.
It’s a simple PDF scanner but unless you pay for it they make it impossible to use with how many adds pop up. Don’t be greedy.
Incredibly poor resolution. Default agreement is a one year renewing subscription unless you remove and cancel the subscription with iTunes within 3 days .... no clear way to do the shorter subscriptions. But above all - creates bad documents.
Tired of apps that give you a free download and won’t tell you that it requires a subscription until you go through the trouble of downloading

Not true. After tapping through several ads, you get an offer for a 3 day trial and then 3.99 per week.
I wanted to create a PDF of a 3 page family history. After taking one page, there was no way to add a second page.
There are so many better solutions that do not play the poor marketing games from this Dev.
Couldn’t cancel paid for a year despite not using because I couldn’t get it to scan correctly
