The app is great when it comes to the 30 day workouts but when it comes to the custom workouts where you customize how many of each workout you want to do once you push the checkmark it changes all of your numbers on how many of a certain exercise you want to do to what the app thinks is best for you. I corrected the apps mistake over six times and it keeps changing to workouts to completely different numbers than what I put. If you want an app that already has all exercises for you the 30 day one works perfectly fine but if you want a custom workout plan I would not recommend this app because the app chooses which exercises and number of each exercise are best for you. I would give this app zero stars just for the time wasted trying to make a custom work out.

I just downloaded this app and I cannot scroll down to the bottom of the page. I tried to contact the developer from the menu, but it said I couldn’t connect and had to connect via web address. I tried shutting down my phone twice, but it did not fix the problem. I would really like to fix this issue or I will delete it soon.

I love the workouts and how easy it is to use this app. I have one main complaint which really isn’t that big of a deal: you cannot possibly keep up with what day you’re on. The first few days it put the check marks, but by the time I hit day 10 half the check marks disappeared, some came up on days I hadn’t even clicked on yet, it had a solid week of rest days instead of just one after three workouts...just way too inconsistent. I “fixed” this myself by just writing each day in my planner. For example if you start the 30 days today, you’d write ‘day 1’ on the 16th of your planner. The app doesn’t register that I’ve completed all the workouts, but I know I’m doing them.
