Every single day on android, Nokia 5.4 (steaming pile of s__t phone) Opera Browser, fully updated, app is not responding, close, wait, report. Be nice if it was decent software and not driving me back to Chrome.

How to fix Opera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Opera app on iPhone
Update Opera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Opera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Opera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Opera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Opera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Opera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Opera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Opera » click [Force Stop]

Update Opera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Opera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Opera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Opera.

Fix Opera unable to contact server/ Opera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Opera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Opera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
