SaferWatch is good to send alerts. However, when you click on the badge and goes to SaferWatch nothing appears on the alerts. The map feature is also clunky because most of the time it doesn’t load correctly. Nice initiative but it still needs some work.

I am a female that lives alone and had a dispute with a neighbor resulting in vandalism. I wanted it to be documented but didn’t know if it was important enough to call the police so I “submitted a Tip”
through the this app app and am very impressed with the result. I received a call from an officer in about 10 minutes and they were at my door within 20 mins.
Big thank you to the Fort Lauderdale police department for making me feel safe and SaferWatch for providing the ability to reach out comfortably.

SaferWatch is something everyone should download and have on their phone. As a young independent female living alone in a city, I feel safe and comfortable knowing I am protected with the click of a button.

I am thrilled there is finally an app that can prepare the general public for emergency situations in an immediate fashion. If you have called 9-1-1 before, you know they ask a slew of questions and sometimes are placed on a WAIT before they can assist in your emergency situation. this app makes it incredibly easy to access law enforcement and emergency officials when time is of the essence. I feel an added layer of security is always with me, and that puts me at ease.

I love this real-time reporting App. I saw a gentleman looking really sketchy walking around outside my store. I snapped a photo and sent it to SaferWatch . Within minutes the PBSO was on site. Turns out the guy was high and was looking to rob someone. Thankful we avoided potential danger.

Principal asked us to download SaferWatch. At first I was sure, but once I check it out I’m really glad that we have it. I like that I can be alerted when there is an emergency on campus!

So easy and intuitive. I was able to report a theft from my dock in seconds and was amazed how fast sheriff responded with a call. The more of us that download and use SaferWatch the safer and better off we will be!

this app was an integral part of our friend’s crisis intervention in his school. They were on top of the situation within minutes of reporting. And the fact that it was all anonymous made it even easier to be able to report it.

I was in an unhealthy situation which had gone on too long. Once I learned of this app I was able to anonymously report information to the local police. Leveraging SaferWatch , I was able to finally put an end to that bad situation.

This is exactly what is needed in every community to help safeguard our students and citizens during a crisis. First responders don’t have a crystal ball...they need real time eyes and ears in the situation to better serve and protect. Finally a platform that uses our phones for collective good instead of just social media posts!!! Thanks to the developers. Great job!

As a parent with 4 kids at 3 different schools I take great comfort in knowing that all of my children, my husband and myself have SaferWatch on our phones and that we can report crimes or summon help easily and anywhere. Thank you this app for making our safety a priority.

As a parent, I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this app. Living in constant fear of what could happen while my child is at school, SaferWatch has given me a sense of security that I didn’t have before. Just knowing that, if necessary, my son has the ability to immediately alert myself and the police allows me some relief. Thank you!

Have had SaferWatch about a year and every time I have used it BSO has been very responsive. It would be nice to get a notification once the issue has been addressed or resolved. They do advise they received the tip and it’s under review. The local notifications could be beefed up as well. Overall I really like having SaferWatch.

SaferWatch is going to keep communities safe. As a mother, knowing my child will have the ability to communicate when she doesn’t feel safe, and I can receive alerts “relevant to her school” is amazing. I love the fact that real-time tips will now be delivered to law enforcement. SaferWatch will reduce response times, increase safety and allow two-way communication.

SaferWatch brought to me a way of feeling safer.
And as a mom of a High School Student this is much better! Because all of the students are able to download it, and use it when it is necessary.
But not just students are able to use it. Parents can use it too.
Parents, please, talk with your kids about it!
If you see something suspicious anywhere you can immediately report it. You can take a picture or a screenshot if you want, and this is very good! Because it helps the police identify and investigate the problem faster.
Also, you can report as anonymous if you want.
You can report shootings, sexual harassment, misconduct of a teacher, or student, a kidnapping, threat, or any suspicions you might have.
SaferWatch only helps,
And always remember, IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING.

Finally, there is an app that empowers individuals with the ability to report an incident in real-time. It’s features are multi-level and the way communication systems for law enforcement and all required first-responders are synced will save lives.
