Unfortunately, SnapTik never worked for me. When I tried to download a video, it told me the video wasn’t public - which of course it was. I tried everything, but couldn’t find a setting that fixed the problem. I sent a help request and but got no answer. Finally I requested a refund for the $20 I had spent on it. I will definitely take the trial period to try out an app before I purchase next time!

I spent $32 on this stupid app that doesn’t even work and now I can’t get a refund. I needed this for my business and a big influencer even suggested it. All of my videos are public but still won’t save. Deleted SnapTik , reset my phone, closed SnapTik , and nothing has worked. Any help is appreciated here

Paid $20 and I can’t even get a single video to load! Keep getting an error message that says I need to make my videos public. They are ALL public! Do not buy SnapTik!!! OMG - I’m struggling to even leave this review because I need a ‘nickname’ and they are all ‘taken’!!!

This is all I have received on my screen each time I have tried to use SnapTik. I purchased it today and will be seeking a refund immediately. I kept screenshots of the failure and will be submitting them. Do not download and do not pay.

I just downloaded SnapTik and even upgraded to Premium for $20 and am still getting the “Failed to Load” error. SnapTik has no help section or contact us section to provide next steps. Awful.

I really get tired of having to address customer support about all of these bogus apps and products out here. This is one of them.

I get an error message or fail to send or whatever message when I copy the link from Tik tok.

ok so the reviews in the beginning seem promising. it says it works great. i go to try it. first they give you subscription list to pay for saving. and then i tried one tiktok; said failed to save. okay whatever next one. same thing happens again. and i go to try again for the third time but this time it just pops up the subscription list. you can’t avoid it. it pops up whenever you want to save. so unless you want to pay 29$ to save. i strongly suggest not to download SnapTik.

I was excited to finally find an app that I could use to make life easier converting TT videos into reels. Paid for the yearly subscription and now I keep getting an error message on every video that it ‘failed to save’.
I’m now hunting for another app that actually works as promised.

I’ll update if someone addresses this issue but what looks simple won’t work! I copy the link, open SnapTik and a link appears and it fails to save. And the paste window doesn’t allow me to paste. I should have read the other reviews first. Just wasted $20.

Error on every video that I try to load. I even spent the money for a lifetime membership only for SnapTik to never work. Not once. Zero feedback from the messages I’ve sent to have this resolved. I do not recommend SnapTik at all.

It does not work at all. It keeps saying failed to get video. It works fine on my laptop but not on my phone. Then after it says failed SnapTik freezes and won’t let me recopy and try again. I have to close it out and reopen it. Just for it to keep saying it’s failing. Highly highly disappointed and do not recommend.

Unhappy with SnapTik so far. Even paid for theLifetime subscription thinking it might help but no such luck. Every time I copy & paste video from TikTok get the error “Failed to get video” I usually read reviews prior but this was highly recommended so I downloaded & paid. Hope all the bad reviews get some attention soon and they get the issue corrected.

I paid $20 and it does not download the video. It tells me the video needs to public, which it is. I have emailed support twice now and still have no answer. If it's not fixed in the next day or two I am asking for a refund and looking for a better option.

SnapTik does not work at all. Every time you try to paste the TikTok link it gives you an error message saying “failed to load video”. I emailed the makers of SnapTik and never heard back. I had paid the $20 for the lifetime membership and SnapTik never worked.

SnapTik doesn’t work at all. I would always get an error message that the link failed to download after it was copied over from Tiktok to SnapTik -I can see other reviewers had the same issue. I even tried deleting SnapTik and re-downloading it again to see if that would fix the problem…NOPE!

I purchased the life time subscription and as soon as I try to use SnapTik it doesn’t work . I reset my phone , updated my phone and reinstalled and uninstalled SnapTik and it keeps saying the video has to be public when it is . I’ve currently been in contact via email multiple times to get a refund .

Ever since the newest update every time I try to download a video via link, an error pops up and won’t let me download anything. Hoping they fix this because this is the only app that has actually worked for me before. :(

I was happy that I found SnapTik at first. But when I pasted the link it said failed to to save. I tried this again and it didn’t work.
