I cannot connect my bank account to Lenme. It goes as far as connecting with plaid (no confirmation message) and then taking me to a blank screen where I am forced to either exit the app or go back to the bank selection menu.

Saying my bank account is missing account/routing number????? How is that possible when it’s y’all’s website we’re putting our credentials into, can y’all give a manual option since the website isn’t going to read the information correctly?????

Hi there! :) When I go to the app, my Discover account won't connect. The Lenme app just keeps giving me an error, "Error, cannot connect". When I go to chat about this, the Lenme chat will close for no reason. This happens without anyone ever answering the questions. Also, when I go back to the chat, it will say "failure to load". This blocks me from ever getting in touch with any customer service people. LOL SMH I can easily just go to any of my banks and do business. I was really just helping a friend who is interested in using this platform. It would be nice if this platform would actually work and if the bugs were actually fixed. Apparently this issue has been going on for about four (4) months. SMH Please fix these issues today.
