Worst Support Ever

I have had nothing but problems with both Customer Service and the Websites! If they want to be an Internet Based Business with Direct Marketing they need to stop financially taking advantage! Have decent Websites and back office for us! FIX THE DARN PROBLEMS ALREADY! I’M STILL WAITING OVER A MONTH TO BE ABLE TO USE MONAT CONNECT. Not only that but charging $20 a month for a substandard “Pro” version...its the worst thing ever...but if we want to use Vibe or Connect we must purchase it. I don’t think anything is Beta tested or it wouldn’t be available. Nobody will give you Corporate names and address to write a letter. Now they are charging us an increased renewal fee as Market Partner! Really...you make money off of our hard work and our Social Media! I have 5 Social Media sites. The products are great, management needs a definite overhaul...very bad decisions made at the top. Take care of us, fix these issues. Retrain and hire competent Customer Service agents. Only a very small percentage is any good and even they are baffled by what isn’t being done. We also should have a direct line into Tech support. They do a whole lot of nothing.

Monat is going downhill fast

This app is just the tip of the iceberg! Monat is going downhill fast! While their products are amazing and top of the line, the company itself is terrible. They have, by far, the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with! They charge your card without notice and then no one can fix the mistakes! They blame it on website glitches and claim the only department that can fix these problems can only be contacted via email. SCAM!!!! I had been using this app for months without a problem but after the last update it won’t let me log in and says I need to pay $99 a year to have access to my account via the app. Yet another scam! I wish we could get these products without having to deal with the company! What a disappointment!!!

It should be free for everyone

I feel like this app should be free, just how the website is free, this should be free too. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for this app. It’s obnoxious af. Especially us market partners, we need this app for free. It’s easier for us to make orders & sign up people thru an app like this then of waiting to go home log into ur laptop and make orders and sign people. It should totally be free. This app shouldn’t make it harder for us, as we already are working off our butts to get somewhere, why can’t this app be for free? It’s common sense really. There is no reason for you guys to charge us to use the app what so ever.
