Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SQL Server app issues:

Force Stop the SQL Server App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SQL Server app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SQL Server to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SQL Server App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SQL Server app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SQL Server.
