They didn’t refund the 200omr deposit and it’s been months.

They fine you themselves 25ro if you get a parking ticket which is absurd and they deduct it from your card directly not from the deposit

Tried to book with them last month and they immediately charged both deposit and rental amount despite having no cars actually available, they denied ability to change car category and despite promise to refund have no issued a refund nor have they released the deposit, absolute scam they have no cars and are using this as a tool for stealing our money,
