1 year agoI require a call back @ 561 953 4541 . My client is BriteVision Media. Evidently Gnadndeep Moturi contracted our client on behalf of Nomad and has ignored all the invoices.

Stole my card information
Took a ride in Indianapolis late Saturday night and woke up to 3 unknown charges in Bloomington (where the company started) for gas and McDonalds. Totaling near $50. My card is still in my possession and I haven’t used the card on any other purchases since that day. If anyone from the business is reading this, I would recommend you update the security on your payment records to avoid anyone else getting money stolen from them on a ride they nearly lost their life on.

Deleting this app
There are often multiple drivers accepting rides, but they never take anyone waiting for one (even if you add a large tip). Why be online if you won’t take rides? Their version of the app doesn’t show them your location either. So if your ride request is accepted, they will have to ask you for directions. In the event you get a ride, your driver may not follow to rules of the road. Rider beware.

Navigation is Faulty
After a month of using nomad rides, my biggest problem isn’t the limited driver pool, but rather how the navigation system does a poor job of actually recognizing your location and address and communicating that information accurately and efficiently to the driver. This has caused me to be late several times, to no actual fault of the driver’s themselves. No arrival estimation or tracking towards the destination also makes planning and communicating my trips more difficult as well.
