I have a Sierra scope. I bought a Kilo 4k for him. Updated the BDX program on the Appstore. It became impossible to set the muzzle velocity and the height of the sight in the program. The program is installed on the iphone 14 pro. I deleted the program several times and reinstalled it. And still the same errors

The app keeps crashing as soon as you select the rangefinder! I cant get it to hook up but it will select the scope what can i do?
I have a Kilo 2200BDX range finder that is paired and bonded to a Sierra3 BDX scope (6.5 - 20 x 52). 2 days ago I purchased a Sierra6 BDX (5 - 30 x 56) scope for a new rifle. The problem: My BDX app in my phone is not picking up my new scope. And the app has not prompted me to upload new software.
I have two scopes and they’re bonded to two different range finders, they both will not communicate with the scopes that they are bonded with. I’m out on a hunt and really need a scope that I can depend on not this shit!
I have same the problemI live in Germany that ranges from 20-25 degrees C currently. The app is defaulting to a - reading from -3 to - 2 degrees C. I run an iPhone 12. All the latest software, have been through re installs, App updates you name it. My phone and the shooter app I use receives the temperature from the nearest station fine. When I tell the app to get the local weather it flicks to say 20 degrees then straight back to a - reading. Thanks, Boris
I recently purchased a Kilo 1600 BDX range finder and installed the Sig BDX app. I live in an area of New Zealand that ranges from 10-20 degrees C currently. The app is defaulting to a - reading from -11 to -6 degrees C. I run an iPhone 11. All the latest software, have been through re installs, App updates you name it. My phone and the shooter app I use receives the temperature from the nearest station fine. When I tell the app to get the local weather it flicks to say 14 degrees then straight back to a - reading. Thanks, Josh
Hi, I recently purchased a Kilo 1600 BDX range finder and installed the Sig BDX app. It can connect to the device, works for ranging. but the MILS icon configured by me always switches back to MOA and the temperature is being set automatically to -2 or -3. I can stop the behavior by restarting everytime. Then I switch from MOA to MILS, then sync the temp and altitude and it doesn't change. but it's always a trouble to make it work. Once it works it seems fine, it's just that currently you might have regression issues in your software and simple features like switching from MOA to mils is broken somehow idk. I just know I have to change the settings a couple times to get it to work. Thank You Vincent P.S. I'm currently not very impressed by my first impression of the app/rangefinder combo. I was hoping for a seamless, work 100% of the time relationship with your product.
Sig BDX app crashes when I try open custom profile and crashes when I try to pair kilo 1800 . I have repeatedly deleted and reinstalled the app but no joy. I am using iPhone 11 on 15.4.2 update.
