I had a log in issue some months ago. I emailed customer service but never received a reply. I tried creating a new account tonight and it said "you are banned". Not sure what I've done to be banned but would like to be able to log in and use Parler.

As much as I love Parler, Parler does keep having problems. They have problems with the members posting porn photos as their profile photos or porn photos as the members' background photos. They have a problem with "Left Liberal Democrats" who want to try to harass or cyberbully others. They have problems with those who support or defend BLM (Black Lives Matter) and/or ANTIFA, and/or Hamas, and/or Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, etc. - who are all trying to lure others to the Left. The "system" itself though - for whatever technology they're using - isn't working. I contact Support continuously, and they haven't gotten back to me. I keep getting shut out of my account and I haven't violated any "terms" or "agreements" or "code of conduct" "rules" and don't have any "violations". I think Parler will get better, but I, for one, happen to also be on GETTR, FreeTalk 45, and Right Only. I've used the 4 platforms and they all work well. I just wish all 4 would get together and create ONE (1) platform. There are others I've used in the past too (Gab, MAGABook, etc.) - and those are not up to par. Just saying... telling the truth. horrible site that came back after being shut down. Like other complaints above when trying to log in the Captchas never ended. I gave up and after a few months tried loging in again. I was able to reset my password so I know it recognized my email, and it also new my phone number because it sent me a passcode to reset my password. but still I was unable to log in and after sending parler support an email asking why cant I log in . I was not sent a answer and when I tried logging in it says me account was banned. WTF? for a site that I used to enjoy it now seems more restrictive than all other sites. right now it is worst social media site ever . 2 thumbs down

I'm trying to create an account with Parler, but it will not send me a text confirmation code. I'm in Australia and have attempted multiple times. At first I thought it was an error on my part, but it just doesn't send me the code. Please help, we need access to freedom of speech applications in Australia very soon. Please help.

Hi, I am unable to log back in to my account. When I try to reset my password, it tells me it does not recognize my email ! I've tried everything I can to access my account and when I try to do a new account, it says my information is in use.

Dreadful app!! I moved to Gab after first signing up with Parler, this was before they were removed. When I first signed up they deleted my account for no reason and when I complained they banned me 'by Jury!'I thought I'd try again since they are now back up. After filling in all the fields to open a new account the screen won't move to the next step.. Just not worth the effort... back to Gab for me.

Still can't create an account from the desktop. It just looks blankly at you after you've tried to add your details 50x already. I assume it works from an app? Prob with that is my phone is out of memory.

PW not accepted even though it is correct. Can't reset password because email never arrives. Parler sends link for me and that doesn't work. Second time this has happened and each time I have to create a new account and lose all of my followers. I don't think so. If I can't get it back the way it was before, I will not use Parler ever again. Sad, because I loved it, but not worth this kind of headache.

Login into Parler's website works perfectly. Just downloaded the App for Android but despite a correct email and password, it don't let me login? error: 'Your request has failed due to a Handshake failed'. Anybody can help?? Thank you very much. Michel from Brussels.

Really would like to have a Paler account, however, I will not sign up for any social media that insist on a cell phone number...FB doesn't have my phone number. I'll sign up when phone number is not mandatory! Sounds like there are too many bugs and issues at this point to make it work my time...try back later...

I cannot get into my account. I reset the password. I try to log in using it and it says the password is invalid. I repeated it several times. Why can't I log in?

This app is for sure getting hacked at the moment, or just over-loaded with so many people making accounts after it was just announced that they are censoring the app by removing it from the Google Play store and Apple threatens them as well. Fortunately you can go on the Parler website and download the app......unfortunately making an account doesn't seem to work at the moment. I've tried multiple times, keep getting disconnected or logged out and then getting message my account doesn't exist...sigh....hopefully they can get some new servers and get this working...don't let Google and Apple bully you Parler. Announce on your main website that you can download the app directly from your website and people don't need Google or Apple.

Will not allow me to get past captcha because I can’t type lowercase letters.

I'm trying to create an account via the web (since the democrats influenced the play store to remove the app) and am getting redirected or "logged out" at various times throughout the account set up process. Even got all the way through once to see my feed and was redirected to the sign in/log in page, this time without any message. Should've noted prior that each time this happens there is no record of me having made the account after having JUST MADE IT. Forced to put in info every single time.

I have experienced a number of the above problems and I am appalled at how difficult it is to use this app. Are you being hacked to have this many problems? It took me about twenty attempts to set up my account before it finally worked. After a few weeks I signed out over security concerns. Now I can’t sign in again because it says someone already is using my email and phone number. Yeh. ME !!! Fix this!!!

This is my second attempt (and will be my last) to contact and get something done about the fact that I got a new iphone, reinstalled the app, and cannot log back in to my account because of the ridiculous "CAPTCHA". You guys should be embarrassed by this. I'll bet it's an easy fix so why don't you fix it. Really good way to run people off. Just take a moment a read ALL the complaints of people about this issue. Fix it or I'm out.

Your Captcha is trash! The entire country is trying to sign up, but apparently your IT team lacks the basic skills to fix this widespread error on your site and app. Get rid of the current captcha you've installed on your site. It is obviously broken.....

I have requested a new password reset. It's been OVER a month. Nothing comes to my Hotmail (caslater83@redacted) to allow me to reset. I can't get past CAPTCHA either. I am stuck. I was hoping Parler would have caught up by now.

Attempted sign-off, firstly, not happy about having to give phone number. Secondly, it won't accept any variation of characters I input for a password. I've used eight or more characters with at least one capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character......yet always "invalid password for account". Do you realise how annoying it is having to mess about with that mixture of figures and get it rejected each time? That's me finished wirth Parler before I even began.

I have downloaded Parler twice. On my old Iphone and my new Iphone 12. I do the captcha and wait for a text for a confirmation code and the code never comes. Even when I hit resend. I hear Parler is great, but I wouldn't know because cannot get there.

Captcha fix : type the captcha letters anywhere else like a text message or safari search bar, then copy from there back to the captcha screen. Worked for me. Good luck all.

Parler is shit, thousands of people can’t log in as Captcha won’t let them type in lower case in both iPad & iPhone. The captcha has upper and lower case, but on iPad and iPhone, you can only type upper case, even when set for lower case. WTF, IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE, HAVE YOU CHINESE SPYS ON YOUR PAYROLL?

Dear Parler, I’m a conservative who voted for President Trump. I tend to watch Fox News and have been following election discussions on Twitter and other media sources. Like many, I was very troubled by the bias I observed on Twitter and it’s censorship of conservative viewpoints and facts. I started to hear some good things about Parler and was looking forward to exploring it as a much more positive alternative. That said, candidly, I’m somewhat disappointed and frustrated with one aspect of Parler’s registration policy. I’m a very private person by nature and don’t commonly give out my identity or personally identifiable information. So, I was surprised that I could not sign up for Parler without providing my mobile phone number, which I guard fairly jealously. Apparently Parler does not currently afford me an opportunity to view content and postings without signing up and providing my mobile number. In this sense, I have no opportunity to determine if I like what I see on the site enough to be persuaded to provide personal data like my phone number. Or, perhaps given time to experience the site in a viewing mode, it could have resulted in the type of trust and confidence someone like myself would need to attain in order to share my identity and mobile number. It’s my impression that Parler would and should continue expanding its user base and increasing its market share as a social media platform. Indeed, this is obviously the ideal time to do so, with so many disaffected conservatives looking for viable alternatives. So, why erect barriers to our interest? I have to believe there may be many others, perhaps hundreds of thousands, who think and feel like I do about surrendering private data like a phone number ‘site unseen’. Additionally, consider other individuals who may not even have a mobile phone, due to cost or other factors. For example, a lot of seniors may only have a landline, but their children may have given them a WiFi-based tablet as a gift, or perhaps they use a laptop. I’ve attempted several times to register for a Parler account and for the verification purposes was willing to use my Google voice number, which I’ve had for close to twenty years. Sadly, all of these attempts have proven to be frustrating and futile. So, at this point, I guess I’m giving up on it. It seems unfortunate, as it may be a lost opportunity for me, but also, I think, a lost opportunity for Parler... perhaps one replicated many times over. I’m having trouble of some kind, idk what it would be and idk how or what to do to fix it. I have.a Profile but when I comment, every time on the top screen it say “ When my profile gets finished getting processed my messages will get out the world every time. I’ve been on it for over a month and my profile still hasn’t been processed and idk why or what to do to get approved? Help

CAPTCHA!! This is super frustrating. No emails sent. No sms code. I enter the CAPTCHA *EXACTLY* as it is supposed to be several times and all I get is a new "enter CAPTCHA" screen. I can't even make an account. I have been trying to make an account for over a month now. (and this is on a desktop computer, but I have tried your app and that sucks too.) It's OBVIOUS that you guys dont give a hoot about everyone having issues otherwise you would fix it, or at the very least RESPOND to those who have contacted you and asked for help. It asks me captcha EVERY DAMN TIME and then ASKS ME SMS CODE EVERY DAMN TIME. It is too much of a pain to use. I am giving up.
